~Third POV~
An explosion could be seen through the land of The Republic of Padokea as Jason released the first-ever atomic bomb in the hunter x hunter world.
The atomic bomb, and nuclear bombs, are powerful weapons that use nuclear reactions as their source of explosive energy.
Scientists first developed nuclear weapons technology during World War II. Atomic bombs have been used only twice in war—both times by the United States against Japan at the end of World War II, in Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
A period of nuclear proliferation followed that war, and during the Cold War, the United States and the Soviet Union vied for supremacy in a global nuclear arms race.
When an atom of radioactive material splits into lighter atoms, there's a sudden, powerful release of energy. The discovery of nuclear fission opened up the possibility of nuclear technologies, including weapons.
Atomic bombs are weapons that get their energy from fission reactions. Thermonuclear weapons, or hydrogen bombs, rely on a combination of nuclear fission and nuclear fusion. Nuclear fusion is another type of reaction in which two lighter atoms combine to release energy.
The Manhattan Project was the code name for the American-led effort to develop a functional atomic bomb during World War II. The Manhattan Project was started in response to fears that German scientists had been working on a weapon using nuclear technology since the 1930s.
Much of the work in the Manhattan Project was performed in Los Alamos, New Mexico, under the direction of theoretical physicist J. Robert Oppenheimer, 'father of the atomic bomb.' On July 16, 1945, in a remote desert location near Alamogordo, New Mexico, the first atomic bomb was successfully detonated—the Trinity Test. It created an enormous mushroom cloud some 40,000 feet high and ushered in the Atomic Age.
Scientists at Los Alamos had developed two distinct types of atomic bombs by 1945—a uranium-based design called "the Little Boy" and a plutonium-based weapon called 'the Fat Man.'
While the war in Europe had ended in April, fighting in the Pacific continued between Japanese forces and U.S. troops. In late July, President Harry Truman called for Japan's surrender with the Potsdam Declaration. The declaration promised 'prompt and utter destruction' if Japan did not surrender.
On August 6, 1945, the United States dropped its first atomic bomb from a B-29 bomber plane called the Enola Gay over the city of Hiroshima, Japan. The 'Little Boy' exploded with about 13 kilotons of force, leveling five square miles of the city and killing 80,000 people instantly. Tens of thousands more would later die from radiation exposure.
In the middle of the night sky inside the mushroom explosion of the atomic bomb was Jason completely unharmed from the atomic bomb as he examines the area of the explosion to see if he hit his target along with him a bag…

~Jason POV~
Sigh…
Good thing history has been rather good at detailing the results of war and weapons creating it using my <Creation> quirk. Knowing that fighting Jed and his group would be plain suicide unless I waste a lot of my power and effort on it.
The real question would be how I would beat them and the answer to this was using this world counterpart of my world the atomic bomb. Thank you very much Hunter x Hunter trivia for telling me that our atomic bomb is the counterpart of the Poor Man's Rose.
When the effects of an atomic bomb are used on humans' nuclear explosions produce air-blast effects similar to those produced by conventional explosives. The shock wave can directly injure humans by rupturing eardrums or lungs or by hurling people at high speed, but most casualties occur because of collapsing structures and flying debris.
And in Hunter x Hunter world is basely close to how humans are on my world I wouldn't have to worry much as they have the same weakness as we do.
Observing the sky inside the atomic bomb explosion I breathed it in and I breathed it out as I spoke in a confident tone, "I made the right idea of getting the <Toho> quirk from that Godzilla rip off. The quirk factor of being able to resist and adapt to nuclear explosions is a blessing in disguise. Add that with <Energy Absorption> and <Adapt> it almost makes this deadly site suitable for anyone that isn't me to survive."
*Beep*
That was when Alter Ego responded to me from my bracelet as it began to cover my body into my Model Prime Armor as she spoke, "Sir… while I don't disagree that using arm weapons is logical but… in which way using an atomic bomb was necessary to deal with them?"
Shaking my head at my clueless Alter Ego I responded within reason while I scolded my little A.I. about the use of arms, "That my dear Alter Ego is rather simple. Since most people in Shonen world here get power by battle or in training arcs they receive something called power-ups that helps them win impossible bullshit fights unless they have EX Luck or plot armor on them. As such since I don't have any of those things I went for the next best thing."
This was sadly true for me. I don't get to receive those so-called myths of power-ups, or sudden jumps in power it's really illogical to be honest unless they explain a reason beforehand not after otherwise that just turns to a Deux Machina.
Returning to my earlier conversation with Alter Ego as I was now fully donned in my armor I continued to speak in a casual tone, "The best thing I could do is go for destruction level using my abilities. Since I'm going up against someone who by the way has Netero level of fighting skills it was a no-brainer I would lose hands down. So, I had to use the next best thing beating overly powerful bosses… use the most destructive items ever created for you to use."
Like seriously how Momo in MHA world used her quirk was fine and all, but it has a lot of potentials to be useful in creating weapons of mass destruction if she evens knows how to recreate them.
Momo's Quirk <Creation> gives her the ability to create any non-living material/object from her exposed skin by transforming the molecular structure of her fat cells. To create something, she needs to understand the molecular structure of what the material/object is made of.
Learning to create atomic, thermal, hydrogen, and nuclear bombs is actually something really simple for her to learn.
Hell, she could recreate her elemental attacks from her fats generating them as long as she knows the molecular structure but sadly, she is just a decent user of her quirk shameful really but then again, she would feel the elements on her body.
Listening to my answer Alter Ego inside my iron man mask screen nodded her head as she also raised another question towards me with a tired expression, "Ok sir I understand you don't have EX Luck, plot armor, or sudden power-ups I can understand using the atomic bomb to defeat foes stronger than you. What I don't understand is that you have more than 50 of them in that bag!"
Taking out from my bag that I used <Creation> quirk on I soon revealed a bunch of those atomic bombs inside my bag.
To be honest, I had a feeling that one isn't enough for the job considering who exactly I'm facing off against here, so I need to have the technological edge here if I don't want to die. After all, I'm no protagonist but that doesn't mean I'll fight the fair just fight to win any means is good enough on its own.
I quickly make a counterargument that completely justified my use of creating more than 50 of those atomic bombs to Alter Ego, "What? It's completely justifiable honest Alter Ego. I'm not completely sure if just one would do the job so I made sure to make more of these on hand. Plus, it's really easy to create these weapons considering my knowledge but if I were to get that Poor Man's Rose then I can become a real monster in other less advanced worlds."
That is true what I said after all in most worlds that are like my own or above it, I can easily create weapons of mass destruction of the likes of the atomic bomb with the <Creation> quirk.
Although I'm not sure about magic-based worlds to survive one of these bombs they will probably develop a counter effect or cure for it. Magic is one of those wild-type energies that does what it likes no use trying to base a law on it if it's going just wild.
But I will save those thoughts for later.
That was when Alter Ego then responded to me in a curious tone as she spoke, "Ok sir but I have a question? How are you going to reap your rewards from them if they are dead anyway? Wouldn't they just die without offering something to the winner?"
Smiling at that I already thought of that, to begin with that was why I had my Nen ability <No Game No Life> be field-based as I spoke to Alter Ego, "That's something rather simple. Since the people are inside my Nen space field of <No Game No Life> it will ensure that the players won't leave even after death. So long as their players then they are forced to stay here until the winner gets something from them or nothing at all. That was why I had pledge 11 be used."
There was another reason why I had added the 11 pledge into the rules of my Nen ability of <No Game No Life> because everything that happens in that conjured world MUST be played till the end.
Even if there was the off chance of someone dying in the game the ability will recognize them as giving up the match unless they are somehow able to play the game. When I planned to use the 11 pledge, I made it so that the very Nen ability of <No Game No Life> would be GOD acting his will to the players like Tet.
But that only applies to the players while I can't get anyone else under the effects of <No Game No Life>. I only use this ability unless I know for certain I have a chance to win and if I go all out then no fear of me losing if I play it smart.
Although there is another way to turn off the ability is for me to use up all my aura reserves in one go if the situation goes badly for me.
I needed a safety assurance in case something was to happen if I were to lose. I don't believe I would lose but the chance of that existing was a reason for me to have a failsafe if I were so best to be safe than sorry.
Cloning myself into multiple copies of each other each one grabbed one of the small atomic bombs as they flew off at different angles as we are all waiting to see if Jed managed to survive the atomic bomb exploding in the distance got him.
Although I would like to believe it did hit him, I doubt it will end him if not that then the radiation will but I'm not that kind of guy to wait for him to kneel over and die.
"ARGGGGGHHH!!!!"
Yeah, I figured as much.
*Swoosh*
Suddenly a large number of hands soon became apparent from the direction away from the mushroom cloud as it began to generate a large rush of wind blowing it away as many palm strikes were seen.
Quickly going into using <Overclock> quirk everything began to slow down as multiple palm strikes were being fired at a fast pace.
Whew… to close for my comfort for them to hit me better end the fight quick.
Upon the clear night sky, as the mushroom cloud dispersed, I was able to see the weakened state that Jed was in as well as see that three noticeable charred scorch marks of three people as some bones could be seen as Jed cried in rage.
The man himself wasn't in any better condition as he was undead, I think from being revived he didn't get as much damage as the three, but the damage was there. More than half of his face is charred black from the explosion his clothes were no longer on him.
However, his body on the other hand was scorched all over with his <On> shielding him from most of the damage it could from what it seems but not enough to stop the destructive force of an atomic bomb at a distance away.
The land, however, was now barren of any life no trees no plants and certainly nothing organic from miles around only with Jed mangled useless body and his <The Grudge of One-Hundred Demons: Rakshasa> hands shielding him from any further damage.
Jed glares at me from the distance as he roars out from the pain and loss of his followers that gave him a purpose in his life again in taking revenge. He could only glare hatefully at me as he used his Rakshasa to generate a beam from its mouth trying to take me and my clones out in one fell swoop.
Glaring at him I knew what I was going to do with the bombs I have on hand. Even wielding such destructive force in my hands, I can't help but feel pity for the guy being betrayed by his close friend like Netero but…
*Swoosh*
*BOOM*
Unlike him, he was an enemy that needed to be dealt with no matter what. In the case of fighting people stronger than you, there is a way to beat them through sheer willpower or with destructive weapons known to man.
*BOOM**BOOM**BOOM**BOOM*
If one isn't enough then all I need is more violence to solve my problem.
Multiple atomic bombs were being thrown at Jed's direction as I had more than one of these bombs at the ready-to-call judgment day for days on him. He may have survived the first one at a distance…
But can he survive multiple ones at point-blank range all at the same time?
*BOOM*
The answer is art is truly an explosion!
