Capítulo 95: Waiting for centuries

Samantha sat on the lawn as she gazed at the stars. Although clouds were lingering in the sky, they did not cover the crescent moon and the stars. The cool breeze played with her locks, making them sway in delight. The King's guards stood in full attention, not once leaving their places. Though they saw the girl, they did not stop her or question her.

Samantha finally had some time for herself, and she tried to organize her thoughts that were splayed out haphazardly. 'Saorsa is advising me time and again to believe the King. Should I trust her and the King? Will I be safe with the King?' She wondered, her eyes losing focusing as she got lost in her thoughts. 

'How is Saorsa so affirmative about the King's plans? What is she hiding from me?' Samantha pulled out her gloves and held her palms behind her, feeling the cool grass underneath her. She leaned back, putting all her weight on her hands, and stared at the night sky that always gave her peace.
