Capítulo 10: Orpheus

A war with Hippolyta? How? Didn't Alcippe tell Byron that she died in an accident Hera staged while they were out hunting?

Before he could ask anything, though, Alcippe noticed the confused expression on his face and tagged on his arm, dragging him away as she said, "Come! I'll explain the Hippolyta mystery while we eat."

The girls parted as Alcippe walked him toward the exit, but of course they didn't let him go just like that.

They were touching him as if he was a messiah, ruffling his short and wavy black hair, tracing his arms, his abdomen and…

Holy fuck! One even grabbed his dick.

Others exposed their breasts and forced his hands to fondle them.

Well, not technically forced. After all, he was enjoying it. It's just that one would be pulling his hand toward her boobs, the other pulling it her way, another trying to do the same.

This made it a bit forced because he didn't end up touching those he wanted to.

Everyone of them was saying whatever came to her mind and Byron liked it.

"Squeeze them please!"

"Pinch them!"

"Can you suck them? I beg!"

They were being so obsessive of him and he liked it. Intoxicated by his touch and he liked it. Craving his attention and he liked it.

He was in heaven.

And, knowing their situation, he kinda took pity on them, the reason he agreed to their demands.

They surrounded him as he left the throne room, heading wherever they taking him, and soon, they arrived at their destination.

Turns out, their dining hall... Well, it was reserved for pretty much everything they wanted to do as a whole, but now that thing was having lunch so it sort of became a dining hall at the moment.

Where was I? Oh, turns out, their dining hall was that rectangular shaped gigantic building in which the waterfall passed through its roof.

The one that had amazed Byron.

"Wonderful!" Byron found himself muttering under his breath after he lay his eyes on the interior.

The waterfall turned colorful as soon as it went through the roof, a result of countless gemstones emmbbed on the wall and pillars behind the stones on which the water fell on before disappearing into the ground.

He immediately turned to Alcippe.

"Where does the water go?"

"Life here can be pretty boring," she replied with a straight face. "Try not to know everything at the same time so that when you get the time to explore, there will still be surprises to excite you."

Her advice sounded good, so he just smiled at her and continued wandering his eyes around as she led him to one of the long tables which were scattered across the hall.

There were white pillars in the middle which made 2 parallel lines from the entrance to a few paces from the podium.

And within each 4 pillars, there lay hearths in which the fires were lit, warming the hall.

He was kinda surprised that their dishes were decent; we're talking about a whole fried pork at every occupied table accompanied by lots of other kinds of dishes and even fruits.

Byron deemed it wasteful since no table had more than 10 people, but pushed it out of his mind after remembering that only sixty nine people lived in the entire city.

What else would they do with food if they didn't eat it?

Anyways, it wasn't until he started eating when Alcippe began narrating Hippolyta's story.

"Remember that we went to an OnlyMaleTribe to celebrate a victory?" she asked and Byron nodded his head, chewing on a leg.

"Well, that day Hypolyta went to stand at the ramparts because the only man she had taken liking to was the tribe's king, the one Zeus had disguised himself into, and was now having sex with Penthesilea."

"No one had ever fucked me like what went on that night," said Penthesilea, enriching Alcippe's tale. "Until a few minutes ago of course. You fuck better than him."

The girls glanced at Byron when the Queen said that and cheered.

"I want it to be just like that when I get my turn!" shouted a black haired girl, and Byron's heart fluttered when he recognized her. It was the one who was giving him a handjob when he woke up and a blowjob later.

He winked at her, earning him more cheers from the girls.

"Hypolyta was staring at the stars when she heard someone singing from the forest out of the city," continued Alcippe, 'the music so sweet to her ears that she couldn't restrain herself from going to check who it was."

"The musician was so engrossed in his music that he didn't even pay attention to Hippolyta as she approached, and she knew better not to disturb him.

Tears were streaming down the man's cheeks, his eyes staring at a meadow in front of him.

The song was a sad one. However, one could dance to the music if she liked. A slow and lovely dance of course.

That's what Hippolyta did.

The man's eyes were glued on her as he sang and played his Lyre, but eventually, the lovely performance came to an end."

Alcippe paused to take a bite on the meat in her hands, giving Byron an opportunity to ask, "What does all that have to do with Hippolyta not being dead?"

The story was from when Hippolyta was still alive, so Byron saw no reason in telling it. He just wanted to know why Hippolyta was still alive.

Even if it did have a connection, was it necessary to narrate each and everything, even the small details?

"My King," said the Queen, surprising the girls that she had called Byron the king. "We do not rush things here. After all, we have all the time in the world. So, please savor the story. It's gonna get interesting. I promise."

"Alright then! The performance came to an end. What happened next?"

It took Alcippe a few seconds to swallow what she had in her mouth before answering his question.

"Well, the musician was Orpheus. I'm sure you know him, right?"

True. Not only Pachilles knew of Orpheus, but also Byron knew him and his love story with Eurydice and how he went to the underworld to bring her back to life after she died of a snake bite.

Did he bring Hippolyta back too?

"Yep! I know him," replied Byron.

"He's the reason Hippolyta hates Penthesilea," said Alcippe, confusing Byron even more. "The reason why she might even try to kill you as soon as the news reaches her. We're in trouble!"
