"Senior Tang, are you okay?"

Ren asked as he approached Tang Lan, after her scene was finished.

Tang Lan looked to be in deep thought but when she heard Ren's voice, she subconsciously raised her head.

"I'm fine but why are you worrying about me so much?"

"I'm just worrying about you as your junior. Do I need a reason to ask about your condition?"

"Is that so?"

Tang Lan didn't believe Ren at all.

She had experienced quite a lot of things during her career, so she can easily tell that there was a motive behind Ren approaching her.

Moreover, Ren was not the type to actively approach someone for a conversation. 

She had already noticed that, during her stay on the film set with Ren. So, him approaching Tang Lan was indeed suspicious.
