Capítulo 1: Very Late Update
I threw on the [Hiatus] tag a month ago but didn't update afterwards.
It isn't really "dropped" but paused.
I wanted to continue BUT after a few days worth of break to plan ahead, I hit a bit of a roadblock.
I couldn't get myself to want to continue because of the rushed start and the bad pacing.
Though in terms of a fanfic it was acceptable, I myself didn't find it so.
Due to this I ended up pushing it off and threw the hiatus tag on.
I wanted to continue the story but I didn't want to actually write on for what I had written so far. I messed up at the start due to poor planning and bad pacing.
I was and still am a new and casual author.
I knew writing something I found unpleasant and unsatisfactory would only disappoint the readers so I paused the story.

Now a while later I bring you this update.
I have started another One Piece fanfic, one that is actually planned and paced so far decently.
I have the story written and just started posting it.
It's called "One Piece: Path to Power."
It's not the usual wake up -> train -> Pirate King but instead a bit different with the timeline and the process of getting there.
He grows up, trains, joins a temporary crew to harden his fist, meets legends and trains with future powerhouses, becomes renowned, changes cannon, gets a small crew of future OP individuals, those you guys will recognize and not OC members. And then aims for the peak.
It's also timed before the Pirate Era.

As for this story... I will probably restart it later but for now it is indefinitely on hiatus.
I will delete old chapters and leave this on.
