All heads were cut off and all the cores were collected. Alix was very disappointed because they were all rank one cores. 

"You don't look happy." The system told her.

She put the cores down and murmured roughly, "I worked hard to get burned just to end up with rank one cores." 

She was very unwilling to continue if things were to stay the same. Just the memory of the burn alone was enough to cause her heart to race incredibly fast and her body to tremble in fear.

"It's day one, hour one, you are impatient. If a rank one energy monster did this to you then imagine what rank six or higher can do. Let me study this world a little longer and then we can proceed." 

The monsters disappeared and in their place, little steel boxes were left behind. There appearance caused her mood to bounce right back up again. Hopefully, she had received some good compensation in exchange for that burn.
