"This court now announces its decision! In light of Duke Philip of the Homer region being unable to fulfill his rights and obligations to the Leon Region, and the former Lord Boninski having been stripped of his noble and lordly status by this court, the court on behalf of the Kingdom of Nicosia hereby reclaims the sovereignty of the lordship over the Leon Region. Following applications from Caucasus Lord Baron Komer and Duke Philip of the Homer region, and after deliberation, this court accepts Baron Komer's request by a vote of three to two. Baron Komer is to temporarily exercise the rights and obligations of the Lord of the Leon Region for the duration of one year. After one year, the court shall make a further ruling based on the results of its investigation and the documentary evidence provided by Duke Philip of Homer."
