Capítulo 4: Joining Straw Hat
Luffy who was beating up Morgan who was lying on the ground was being punched for mocking Coby's dream didn't stop, he still kept punching him on the face until Morgan fainted.
"Oi" Zoro called Luffy, which stopped him.
"If you want to live, you'd better back off! If you try anything he's dead." Helmeppo said while trembling, Bane sighed and disappeared from his position and reappeared behind Helmeppo. he immediately kicked his him which made Helmeppo lose balance and roll onto Luffy, who also kicked him like a soccer ball.
Morgan who suddenly stood up was met by Zoro's 3 swords and fell down, he then turned to the Marines and said "Anyone who wants to arrest us, step forward"
Then the marines threw their guns at the air saying "Hooray!, Were Free!" then they started celebrating, Bane shook his head, he knew the marines didn't like Morgan but they were too afraid of him., just then Zoro fell down on his back on the ground.
"What's wrong Zoro~san? Are you okay?" Coby immediately asked.
"I'm... Hungry" Zoro said
"...."
"HA! What a meal! Not eating for three weeks sure makes a guy hungry" Zoro said in satisfaction,
"Huh? Done already?" Luffy asked, then he turned his head Bane who was only drinking and barely touched his food, he then remembered someting"Hey, Zero join my crew!" Luffy said.
Bane looked at Luffy "Let me ask, Are we going to fight strong people?" Bane asked.
Luffy smiled and said "Of course!", Bane nodded indicating he joined the crew.
"Hey Zero, I'm going to fight the swordsmans, Don't get in my way okay?" Zoro said
"Sure" Bane said.
"Shishishi, I got new nakama's" Luffy said, Zoro then turned his head to Luffy, "So apart from me and Zero, how many shipmates do you have?" Zoro asked then continued "I remember you saying that you were looking for crew members, You must quite have a few if you're pursuing the title of Pirate King."
"Nope, Just you both" Luffy answered, Bane who was drinking spewed out what he was drinking, and Zoro was shocked, "So you mean..."
"Yep just the three of us" Luffy said.
"Can you even call it a crew with only three people?"Zoro said
"Why not? We're strong"Luffy said
"Okay, how about our pirate ship?Where is it?" Zoro asked.
"Oh, It's down there" Luffy pointed outside, Zoro and Bane went to look and saw a small boat, with a dog sniffing around it, "That?" Zoro said, Bane only stared at it.
"I'll get a huge ship soon!" Luffy said as he waved his hands, Zoro laughed "How?", "And a Jolly Roger too" Luffy continued, then started dazing around, "It'll be awesome!"
"I think Luffy-san was born without the ability to think things through" Coby followed up, Zoro put his hands on his forehead, "Is this guy really our captain" he said.
"Well, we'll get more nakama soon enough" Luffy said.
"Hey, hey, where are you guys going?" asked Rika who was beside Luffy,
"We're going to Grand Line, of course," Luffy answered.
Coby who was drinking juice spewed it out and then said "With just you three? no matter how strong you are, Impossible!"
"Is it really that dangerous?" Rika asked., then coby started explaining, Bane also got interested as he never left this town before so he listened carefully, after a while he finished explaining, Luffy said he would go there, and Zoro also followed, Bane had no problems with it, he was interested to the strong people out there.
They then started talking until suddenly the Marines arrived, then they thanked them and wanted them to leave, Luffy accepted then thanked the lady who feeding them and was about to leave, when he turned around, and started fighting with Coby, Zoro later pulled away Luffy, they left with Luffy carrying a bag and Zoro with with his swords, Bane did not carry anything.
Luffy and Zoro talked along the way, Bane was a quiet person and didn't like to talk much, but he sometimes joins them, before they left Coby came and said his thank you, the trio then hopped into the boat and started to sail, just then the marines came and saluted at them, its really strange to see marines saluting to pirates but anyways, Luffy, Zoro, and Bane went into the journey.
"I'm gonna become the pirate king" Luffy said while looking at the horizon,
"You keep talking about becoming the pirate king, is there any particular reason?" Zoro asked.
"No, not really but I made a promise to a certain man, I promised to form an incredible crew, claim the world's greatest treasure and become the The Pirate King!" he paused then grabbed his Straw hat, "This Straw Hat knows all about it"
Bane closed his eyes while Zoro looked up in the sky smiling and said "I see"
Just then luffy spread his arms and shouted "Grand Line.. here we come!"
"..."
While on the way, the three of them chatted, Luffy and Zoro eventually got around tooking at Markus, Luffy, in his usual chiiper tone, asked Bane, "You're a good fighter! The way you fought those maines was impressive.
Zoro chimed in, "You're strength and speed was also top notch how did you suddenly disappear? and how could you be so strong?"
"I have abilities, for me teleportin, I'm using this" Bane showed the needles to them, "Eh? How could those needles help you in disappearing?" Luffy titled his head and asked, Bane threw one of the needles into the air, then another at his position, he suddenly disappeared and reappeared up in the air where the needle was thrown, he picked the needle up and reappeared back at his original position.
"Amazing!, How did you do that?" Luffy asked with stars shining in his eyes, Zoro was also surprised, even though he saw it when they fought the marines, seeing him do it in front was another experience, "This technique is called, Flying Thunder God Technique, using needles with formulas engraved to them, I could instantly teleport to the needles" Bane explained.
"It sounds cool, I want to try it," Luffy said excitedly, unfortunately Bane shook his head, Luffy was disappointed but Bane suddenly threw a needle in the air and grabbed Luffy, then Luffy suddenly felt he was being sucked, his vision blurred and the next thing he found he was in the air.
Zoro was shocked and when he looked above, he saw Luffy and Bane, "What?", just then they disappeared again and saw Luffy and Bane was already back on the boat, "Amazing!" Luffy yelled.
