This was it. I'm in the lake and I can't get up. I'm drowning and no one is helping me. Why would they? The man is probably making sure they don't. He's scaring them like he scares me.
I felt as if I was being pulled down. I couldn't move at all. So I stayed still and let the water engulf me.
I was sinking under.
But I wasn't scared.
I opened my eyes and looked around. It was truly beautiful. Wasn't it? The water was so calm around me. How could I be the one to disturb it by moving.
Despite all those thoughts in my head. The water above me had a loud splash.
A boy that was older than me. Was coming down towards me. We made eye contact. And he grabbed my arm that I extended towards him. I don't why I did that but I did. I trusted him.
He looked exactly like Liu Wei. Was he finally here to save me?
He pushed me and himself upwards towards the place we had jumped from.
The whole time I was in his arms.
He safely brought us back to land and helped me.
"Are you okay little girl? That man who yelled at you looked scary so i'll take you home with me. Okay?" He smiled widely with wet hair he looked absolutely adorable.
I smiled as well and nodded my head.
"Thank you from saving me from the bad guys."
This was the first time I met him and he was the one who saved me.
The time he talked about before wasn't the first time we met. It was after I lived with him. Wasn't it?
I did promise to marry him.
I hugged the little Liu Wei and everything suddenly went black.
