Michael barely countered the claws of a ghoul beast, flipping in the air before slashing it down with his sword.

He landed on the ground, sighing.

The crimson flames on his sword died down and he sat down.

His body was currently covered in scratches and cuts, blood trickling down from many parts.

[You push yourself too much man.] He heard a voice from the side.

Looking to the side, he saw a man with crimson hair–that was glowing around the edges and swaying in the air–crimson eyes, sitting on a large boulder, topless.

Solaran stared at him, with a contemplating gaze.

"I need to," Michael replied, clenching his fist.

As if in agreement with Solaran, Michael felt someone nudge his arm from the side.

Looking to the side, he saw a gigantic tiger resting on the ground, with its head on its palms and eyes closed.

It was almost a tiger, with its tail being like a lizard, long and thick.
