''Who is it?" Claire asked Elvina once again. 

Elvina straightened up on the couch, her gaze unfocused, ''I-I think it can't be him. Maybe... he is being framed...'' 

''Livy, who is it?'' More than being concerned about one of the culprits of that cold-blooded murder that happened 16 years ago, Claire was worried about her sister, ''You know I am always there with you,'' Claire slid down from the couch and knelt in front of Elvina on the couch. 

Elvina pressed her hands on her lap, glancing at them.

Claire placed her hand atop Elvina's, ''Who is it?" she asked again. 

''Alex,'' Elvina spoke through gritted teeth, ''Alex Cardale,'' she spat the name like it was clogging her throat.

Claire's eyes widened, ''What?!'' she gasped, ''Archer's... Archer's father?" 

''Yes.''
