''Tell me about your parents. I will track down the people you are looking for,'' Archer did not ask how or why they were killed. He did not ask her anything. 

He simply demanded what was the bare minimum for him to fulfill her wish of getting those murderers sentenced. 

But little did he know… the sentence that she spoke of was the death sentence. A death that would be caused by her.

And the murderers she mentioned could be people from his circle, his very own family. 

If a month ago, Archer cared for her this much… and had he told her that he would track down her parents' murderer using his networks then she wouldn't have cared about letting him do it despite who those beasts were.

She would have taken full advantage of his feelings for her and she would have utilized her power to her benefit. 

But now? 

Her heart shook at the thought of him realizing that his father could be one of the people who killed her parents.
