We can't shut down the Teleportation Points because there's still a lot of people left who haven't evacuated yet...several X-Warriors have been sent in, or volunteered to go, but we've teleported them to spots that are a bit far from the breach, since their ranks are too low to trust them with going straight into the thick of it.
