Capítulo 4: Divine Beasts Successors
"To tell you both the truth, we would like to ask of you a favour."
"I don't get what you mean." Tianzun said.
"I also don't understand, why would Divine Beasts like the both of you need the help of us, we haven't even started Cultivating.
"To make you understand, I would need to tell you our backstory." The Dragon then looked to the sky which is now only dark in this place.
"To tell you in simple terms, This Phoenix you see and I are Husband and Wife. One day when we were travelling the world, we encountered a Mythical treasure, it was Yggdrasil, an eternal tree of life that would allow someone to be a God easier. We were ecstatic after getting the treasure. but unfortunately, somehow my brother or should I say former brother, the Storm Dragon got wind of that we got the Mythical Treasure, Yggdrasil. He was greedy and planned against us. He brought other Divine beasts like the Sea King, a Black Tortoise, the Wind Lord, A White Tiger and more to rob Yggdrasil from me."
Tianzun and Zhu Xinya were sad when they heard that, they both knew the pain of being betrayed by their own family.
"He targeted when I was Cultivating, I was giving my full attention to Cultivating to become a God and somehow make my Wife a God too. I knew I could become a god in a few hundred years with Yggdrasil, but the Storm Dragon attacked me with all the Divine Beasts he brought with him. I was a powerful Divine Beast and when I was fighting with my Wife, We were unstoppable in the world but, he captured my Wife first and used her to threaten me. I had no choice but to give him Yggdrasil, but after he took it, he continued attacking us, he said we were too much of a threat to him. I was enraged by that so I used all my powers to try to kill all of them. Most of them died but the Storm Dragon and the powerful ones survived. I then used the rest of my powers and took my Wifes' Soul and my soul and brought it to the weaker parts of the world and there I found both of you. You both have Soul Beasts which are a very weaker version of our species.
Tianzun and Zhu Xinya were shocked by that statement, they didn't dare believe that their Soul Beast was a weaker version of Divine Beasts. And they couldn't believe that the both of them were had the same Soul Beasts of a certain Dragon Phoenix who were betrayed roughly at the same time when they were betrayed, this was a MASSIVE coincidence.
"This was a huge fortune to us, you can't understand how lucky we are. So we want to take you both as our successors, Think about it, we will teach you and give you techniques but you guys need to make bodies for us at a certain Cultivation realm. It can be a human body or a Beast Body, whichever is easier for you." The Dragon said desperately, he really wanted his revenge.
"Yuansu, don't rush them, they won't know what to do." The Phoenix said. The Dragons' name was Long Yuansu and her name was Fenghuang Hei Huo.
"Fine Hei Huo'er. So children, will you accept or not, I'll let you talk to each other and decide.
"Xinya, I've decided to accept but what about you? If you decide to deny then I'll deny to, I promised to never abandon you and I will keep my word." Tianzun said with a bright smile.
'His character is good.' Long Yuansu remarked. 'If she accepts and he becomes my Disciple, that would be good.' Long Yuansu thought. 'But how will the girl handle this pressure?
"I also accept, I want to gain power and go back to the clan and ask mom and dad why they abandoned me and I want to find my real parents if they are still alive! Zhu Xinya said with determination.
'A Fine Goal indeed' Fenghuan Hei Huo thought. She smiled at Long Yuansu, Tianzun and Zhu Xinya.
"I guess we have our own successors now!" Long Yuansu laughed.
"Yes we do, Yuansu, we are one step closer to get revenge and get a body for each of us." Fenghuan Hei Huo said.
The Divine Beasts were starting to plan on what to teach Tianzun and Zhu Xinya. After a few minutes, they decided.
"Children, we have decided to first evolve your Soul Beasts."
Tianzun and Xinya had a confused expression on their face. Long Yuansu smiled at this.
"Let me explain. You know how your Soul Beasts are a weaker version of us right."
They both nodded their head in agreement.
"Since they are a weaker version of us, we can use some of our Blood Essence to evolve your Soul Beasts."
"Ohh, so it was like that." They never thought of that.
"So when your Soul Beasts evolve, you will be more suitable to the Cultivation techniques we will give you. So let us start now." Fenghuan Hei Huo said.
They went to Tianzun and Xinya and started to tell them instructions.
"First summon your Soul Beasts." Long Yuansu instructed.
They both summoned their Soul Beasts out. Tianzuns' was still the same, an ordinary looking Lizard but with a rainbow aura. However something was off right now, it seemed like it was bowing in the presence of Long Yuansu. Long yuansu just laughed at that scene.
"Your Soul Beast is bowing to me because I can be called its ancestor." Long Yuansu Chuckled.
"So my Soul Beast has emotions?" Tianzun was confused.
"Not exactly, it's just an instinctual reaction, a Soul Beast is just like a beast that has no intelligence." Long Yuansu Explained.
"That makes sense." Tianzun didn't question it, his Teacher had a lot more knowledge than he or his clan has.
"Ok, awaken your Soul Beast Xinya." Fenghuan Hei Huo Instructed.
"Mn." She nodded her head.
She summoned her Soul Beast and it is an Eagle but was Red and Black. Its flames were Black, they were Dark Flames, which were very rare, they had a destruction property which meant it's easy to spread and very hard to get rid of. When the Dark Flames reach its peak, it becomes Eternal Flames which meant It can burn everything and can't ever go out unless the user wants to.
Fenghuan Hei Huo smiled when looking at Xinyas' Soul Beast, it was like if she had a child since Xinya is that Soul Beasts Host, she wanted to take care of Xinya.
Just like how Tianzuns' Soul Beast bowed towards Long Yuansu, similarly, Xinyas' Soul Beast bowed towards Fenghuan Hei Huo.
"Ok, let's start now." Long Yuansu said.
They both nodded to each other before they got some of their blood and somehow made it float with an energy of some kind and it looked like they fed Tianzuns' and Xinyas' Soul Beasts. After that, it mutated and went into a cocoon, after a few minutes, the cocoons' hatched and their Soul Beasts became a real Dragon and a real Phoenix. Tianzuns' Dragon Soul Beast had become bigger, got wings, got a bigger tail and basically became a Dragon. It was a Black Dragon with Rainbow Wings and Rainbow scales. Xinyas' Phoenix was now bigger, had better wings and had fiercer claws. Her Phoenix is Purple and has Black Flames.
"Now your Soul Beasts are called Elemental Dragon and Dark Phoenix and they are perfect for the techniques we will give you!" Long Yuansu said joyfully. He was now one step closer to take revenge on the Storm Dragon.
"So this is your Cultivation Technique Tianzun, it is called the 'Primordial Dragon of Beginnings', quite a flashy name, no? So now I will tell you what the technique does, But first, let me tell you something you must know. I am an Elemental Dragon which means I can control all of the elements except, Creation and Destruction. The words Primordial and beginnings are in the name of the technique because Elements are the Origin of everything in this World so Elements were only in the beginning. And just in case if you were going to do this in the future but only those with an Elemental Dragon Soul Beast or if they are an Elemental Dragon can cultivate this technique. So this technique won't be useful to anyone else."
Tianzun was overjoyed by the technique, he can go and release his parents from the Yi Clan Jail. Long Yuansu noticed his Emotions and smiled.
Long Yuansu continued informing Tianzun about the technique.
"As you already know, there are 12 Cultivation realms and 12 Elements, so with this technique, you will obtain an Element each time you advance to another Cultivation Realm."
'That's so overpowered!' Tianzun thought to himself.
"It might seem overpowered but, you must train your body to handle all these elements, especially since lots of them oppose each other.
"Oh." Tianzun nodded his head.
"I will tell you the elements you will gain in order now. Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, Light, Darkness, Lightning, Space, Time, Death, Life and if you really do become a God, you will obtain the Creation element or the Destruction Element or even both!" Long Yuansu said excitingly, he really wanted Tianzun to succeed in Cultivation.
"That's incredibly overpowered." Tianzun said while putting his hands on his forehead not believing what Long Yuansu said.
Long Yuansu and Fenghuan Hei Huo laughed at what Tianzun said.
"So Xinya, your technique is called 'Dark Nirvana Heart', quite a simple name compared to Mr. 'Primordial Dragon of beginnings'."
Everyone laughed at what the Phoenix had said.
"So what does this Technique do?" Xinya asked.
"What it does is strengthen your Dark Flames and after the 7th Cultivation Realm, your Dark Flames will become Eternal Flames and after the 9th level, you will obtain a Dark Nirvana Heart and become immortal." Fenghuan He Huo Explained.
"Uhm, what is a Dark Nirvana Heart?" Xinya Asked.
"If you want to understand it, you will have to know what a normal Nirvana Heart is. A Nirvana Heart is the source of a Phoenixes' understanding of the Fire Law or whatever type of Fire Law they comprehended. It also lets them Rebirth, they would Incinerate to Ashes and come back in a Sea of Flames. The stronger your understanding of Fire is, the more Rebirths you would be able to do. So a Dark Nirvana Heart is just the Nirvana Heart but with Dark Flames." She explained.
"This is such a good Cultivation Technique." Xinya praised.
"But, although you both are very excited about the Cultivation Techniques, you both need to remember that you need a firm foundation to build a tall Skyscraper. You Children should temper yourselves before cultivating."
Tianzun and Xinya nodded their head, they had long known that you would need to have a firm foundation to go far in the future. There has been no expert in history that was powerful, that had not had a firm foundation.
"So what I am suggesting is that you both should temper yourselves in the forest for a month and go to the City to recruit to the Junior Academy you were talking about." Long Yuansu said.
"What about all the delicious food?" Xinya said out loud. She was looking forward to eating lots of delicious food instead of berries in wild bushes.
Everyone laughed.
"Don't worry Xinya, I'll buy you lots of delicious food in Green Light City when we come back from tempering ourselves in the Forest for a month." Tianzun said to Xinya.
"And besides that, how did you know we were talking about going to a Junior Academy in Green Light City." Tianzun asked Long Yuansu.
"I just read your memories." Long Yuansu said.
"Wait, what? Tianzun said shocked.
"Ok, enough of that, you should be going to the Forest now. If you want to contact us, we will be in each of your minds, I'll be in yours and He Huo'er will be in Xinyas', ok, bye now. Long Yuansu waved his hands and Fenghuang He Huo laughed.
Tianzun and Xinya were teleported to the Forest. They just noticed the crater around them and weak beasts running away like they were afraid.
"Xinya, I guess it's time for our adventure in this forest for 3 months!" Tianzun said.
"Yup, we will become strong in these 3 months then we will buy all the delicious food!"
