Capítulo 88: Validation (1)

The two of them made it to the hospital, just in time for Lillian's appointment. It was all thanks to Blake's reckless driving through the suburbs of the city. He couldn't practically be blamed for it since it was Lillian who took too long to shower. 

Getting another appointment wasn't an issue for her, but Blake was running on a tight schedule. His presence was required somewhere else, and it was important that he made it there in time. 

"Did you have to do it? Like for real?" Lillian complained to him as they waited in the corridor. 

"It is not my fault that you took half an hour to shower." Blake retorted. "I have other things to do as well. Why do you think I agreed to give you a lift?" He scoffed, leaving Lillian speechless.

"A-agreed?" She threw him a glare. "I didn't even ask you in the first place. You decided to tag along on your own, only because it was convenient for you." She refused to have any of his sarcasm.
