Capítulo 1: Deaths & Offer
3rd Person POV:
-20XX
Fernando Hiroshi Morita is not getting any younger at all. At the age of 58, he has been through a bunch of things in life and it seemed at this point of time that nothing should ever faze him now. Unfortunately, he is facing some issues with his home life and his job. Fernando is currently finishing up some paperwork for an upcoming building project in Toronto about the apartment complex he's overseeing.
It was tedious work, but at least he finally finished all his work for today. Fernando then packs ups and left his workplace to his car that he rides home with.
Fernando's POV:
"*Sighs* At least my work for today is done. Why did I become an architect when I should have known that I barely get enough time these days?"
"Well, there's no use to complain about it now, I should pack up and go home! I Hope my lovely wife is there when I'm back."
I left my office and went into the elevator and I exited out the building. I then went to the parking lot and found my car to drive home.
3rd Person POV:
Fernando is currently now driving home from work. He's pretty tired and he's getting a little bit drowsy but Fernando still managed to push on and stay awake as he drove on the freeway.
As he's driving slowly due to the ongoing traffic, Fernando starts contemplating, he wonders how his life is going so far!
"Man, I don't know what to do! My relationship with my wife, Sarah is somewhat strained, my 3 kids are all grown up and have since moved out to different places and started a family. Therefore, they visit us rarely due to their busy lives, and I don't get to see my grandkids that much! I wonder if I should retire soon."
Just as Fernando is contemplating his thoughts and feelings, a loud honking sound bellowed.
*HONK*
**HONK**
Fernando momentarily got distracted and forgot that the stoplight turned red while he is driving and suddenly collided with a transport truck passing through.
*CRASH*
He unfortunately died on impact with a concussion while suffering a severe head trauma during a vehicular collision accident.
3rd Person POV:
-20XX, Fred Rogers Memorial Hospital
Jared Ricardo Yusuke Davis Tagawa or known as J.R by his friends and family is at the hospital undergoing treatment for his sudden heart attack but, he knows that he doesn't have much longer to live as he's now suffering from cardiac arrest.
He gathered all his family members to say his last goodbye to them.
J.R Yusuke POV:
"H-honey!" He muttered weakly.
"There is no use for me to hold on, I am dying" as he weakly spoke.
My loving Wife, Hanna is crying and weeping at me.
Hanna: Please Darling! Don't you do this on! As she sobs and grieved at her husband.
She is truly one of a million to me! Even with her wrinkles and graying hair, she's still as beautiful as the day we met during our childhood years. Through ups and downs, we have been through a lot together and have faced many challenges yet through this all, we're still together. I can't imagine being without her!
In our 40+ years of being married, we have produced 4 now, fully grown kids and several grandkids. All of them are here right now to say goodbye.
Grandchild #1: Grandpa, please don't go!
Grandchild #2: Yeah Grandpa, Don't go! Who will tell us stories now?
"It's no use! My body is already failing me. I can see slowly see the lights!"
David: Goodbye, Dad! As he sorrowfully replied.
"Goodbye, my son! Be a good father to your kids"
As the heart beat monitor slowly goes down, his eyes goes heavy and never opens again. He dies peacefully at age of 64 with his family surrounding him!
3rd Person POV:
-20XX Hayford Hospital Centre
Simon Minwoo Jung is dying. He has been afflicted with Stomach Cancer, usually it would be treatable but, he gotten a rare form of the disease.
Which makes it very difficult to treat the condition. Plus, his old age and weaker immune system makes it worse, therefore Simon won't have much to live.
So he's now going to say his last goodbye to his ever beloved wife, Sae-hyun.
Simon POV:
"I-I I w-won't go on much longer, Sweetie!"
Sae-hyun: Don't be silly, babe! I know you can do it! Don't die on me! As she pleaded.
"I don't know, but If I die, I want to see you again in whatever place we are!"
Sae-hyun: *sniffs* I will, babe! I will!
My body is slowly losing its function and I could barely feel anything anymore. My wife is looking at me with grieving look, I don't want her to dishearten because I am dying!
"Sweetie, Don't be sad! Remember me and hope for our next life to be together again."
Sae-hyun: *sniffs* I hope we will see aech other again, babe! I promise that we will be together once more. As she silently cried while she declared that statement.
I have such a loving wife, I am very glad I married her. For she is the sweetest person I ever met! I will never ever let her go, if we can find each other again. Though I wish my 3 kids are with me, but unfortunately they couldn't make due to rigid work commitments and difficult travel schedules. I honestly can't fully blame them, though I wished their here.
As he closed his more time, Simon passed away relatively peacefully while he unsuccessfully battled his stomach cancer.
3rd Person POV:
-Empty Void
Deep inside the dark, barren void in a separate dimension of space and time. There's three bright blobs of orbs appear, and they are confused as to what's happening.
Fernando: What's going on? As I woke up I saw nothing but darkness around me. I didn't realize that I was not alone.
Simon: Fernando? Is that you?
Fernando: Simon! You're here too?
Simon: I don't know where are we. Do you know what's happening?
Fernando: No, but I do know that we both died.
Suddenly, we both heard a third voice quite near us. We both have recognized it but we couldn't discern who it is exactly.
J.R.Y: Guys! You've both died?
Fernando: J.R? You're here as well?
J.R.Y: Yeah, I also died! But how come we're here in this dark and mysterious place but we're all not in heaven or something?
Simon: We could be tested for something and It's possible that God is somewhere around here to judge us as we speak.
????: Simon, in a way you are right about what you have said! I have come to see you three here for my personal attention.
Simon: Huh? God?
Fernando: Who's there? If Simon is right on what he think it is. Reveal yourself to us!
J.R.Y: Yeah, show yourself if you are the one we think you are!
Then, a massive bright light transfigured itself to the 3 men and slowly it turned into a humanoid like being in all white clothes. As he appeared right in front of them, God announce himself.
God: I am he! No one else but me.
Fernando: I can now see that you are him! Sorry for doubting you, my Lord.
God: All is forgiven, my child.
Fernando: God? A little earlier you've mentioned that you brought us three for your personal attention. What is all that exactly?
God then materialize 3 loveseats for them to sit on. Seeing as the seats have appeared they promptly all seated down and while they all wait for what God has to say.
God: Well then, the reasons I have called you 3 here is that I have a personal request for you 3 to consider!
Simon: What is your request, God? Also did we die at the same time?
God: I will tell you my request but I will first answer your question. No, you 3 have died in different times and in different ages. For you, Simon, you have died at aged of 76 due to Stomach Cancer!
Simon: The Cancer I already have known but why did let me die at that age?
God: To be honest with you, in regards on how you die, I leave those to chances. I just let nature and biology run its course after all!
Fernando: What about me, my lord?
God: You should have taken more rest and extra sleep as you have died in a car crash while you were driving home, as you got very tired and suddenly fell asleep.
Fernando blushed red in embarrassment and proceeded to apologize to him.
God: Honestly, be more careful next time!
God: As for you J.R.Y, you have suddenly died at 64! you just just overworked yourself!
J.R.Y: But those projects! My art! I needed to finish them! As he exclaimed in shock and disbelief.
God: Not an excuse, to overworked yourself to death and ended up rushing to the hospital after collapsing! Though at least you finished them and it ended being your last masterpiece you have made. Still, don't forget to take a rest and not be overwhelmed next time.
J.R.Y: I will keep that in mind, God.
God: Good! Now I'll what all you 3 are here for and what's my request you'll need to consider doing. I am sending you 3 to be reincarnated to another world but you guys will beccome infamous protagonists for your new identity.
Fernando: What protagonists are you talking about, my lord?
God: NTR Protagonists, Hiroki Mori, Yusuke, and Mi-no!
All 3: WHAT?!?
Fernando: My lord why have you ask us of this?
J.R.Y: Yeah, why?
Simon: I think you already know those infamous protagonists, but why you asks us to be become them?
God: *sigh* The reason is that of guilt and hope! I shouldn't have intervened on those authors but I decided not too because I didn't wanted to intrude on their lives! Now, I regretted not doing anything and instead I just you 3 to redeem those poor souls by being them and becoming better!
Fernando: You asks us to help them by becoming them? Why?
God: Yes. In doing so I want to see those protagonists be redeemed and be better than ever!
Simon: I don't know if we can be able to do it?
As he questioned cautiously.
God: I believe that you can all can be able to do it justice!
They all pondered while they huddled up together and spoke about this for a few minutes. After debating and discussing this issue, they decided to take the chance and do it.
All 3: We decided that we shall do it!
God: Good! I thank you for considering this. I am very grateful gor you 3 accepting this request.
God: Ok, now I shall assign which one you are going to be reincarnated to and then you all get a chance to ask me of what perks you wanted and a request you need.
God: Fernando Hiroshi Morita, you will be reincarnated as Hiroki Mori.
Fernando: I am not fully fine becoming that guy but I shall fulfill your request, my lord! As he exclaimed reluctantly.
God: Splendid! I am grateful that you accepted. What perks do you want to have?
Fernando: I have one question? Do we get to keep our memories?
God: Now that you mentioned that, I will say that yes! You all can keep your memories.
Fernando: Excellent! For my perks, I want Enhanced regeneration, Quick learning comprehension, and Enhanced Senses. As for my request, I want my Dna to have 25% Filipino ancestry!
God: Accepted. But may I ask why on your request you specifically want that?
Fernando: I want to have a connection of what I was in my life I had.
God: Noted! I will also give a small surprise when you start growing up.
Fernando: Thank you, my lord! *bows*
God: J.R.Y, also known as Jared Ricardo Yusuke Davis Tagawa, you will reincarnate into Yusuke. What perks do you want to have?
J.R.Y: Hmm…. I want to also have Enhanced regeneration, and I want to have Increased bone density, and also Quick Learning Compression. I also request to have my DNA be 25% Filipino Ancestry as well.
God: You too! Well, it can't be helped! So I will accept it. I also will leave you a surprise as you grow up.
J.K.R: Thank you! As he smiled and shook his hand.
God: Last but not least, Simon Minwoo Jung! You will be reincarnated into Mi-noo. What perks do you want to have?
Simon: Enhanced regeneration, Quick learning comprehension, and that's it pretty much.
God: Oh, any request or something special to note about?
Simon: Nope, I am fine on what I have asked and I don't really want anything more but those two things I mentioned!
God: Yeah, but I will still give a surprise later on as you grow up.
Simon: Thanks!
J.K.R: Hey God? What about our wives? Can you tell us what happened to them?
God: Your spouses? They are currently doing fine and they have lived a few more decades longer since you guys passing. They also are dead and have since reincarnated to the world you guys are going.
Fernando: Did they also receive any perks or requests like us? What about keeping their memories? If so, I will forever be thankful, my lord.
Simon and J.R.Y: And us as well!
God: Do not worry! For they will be compensated and have received their perks.
God: With that, I send you three off to the new world you'll be reincarnated in! Good luck and have fun with your new lives.
All 3: We thank you for your kindness, God! *bows*
All of a sudden, God then snaps his fingers and the guys slowly phased out of the void. They have now went to their respective protagonists they reincarnated as.
God: "I hope they have will do those characters justice". As he spoke out and then promptly left the void.
