Ben's joy and relief at seeing his parents knew no bound as they all sat in the royal court where the King of Lumba had received them.

He wished he could have a moment alone to talk with them and find out if they had seen Bella or not, but he knew all that would have to wait for the time being.

He had called back the lady a short while ago to see if he could speak with Bella, but she had told him that Bella had been discharged in the middle of the night while she slept, and she had no idea who had taken her or where she went to.

Queen Heather, on the other hand, managed to conceal her amusement at seeing Ben dressed in feminine clothes. The similarities between both her children often confused her, but she had always been able to tell them apart by their expressions and behaviors. Ben was almost always agreeable, while Bella was the one with the stubborn streak.
