The world turned into a game.
Earth 1. "Mana" has always been present in this world.
But a system was implemented to prevent humans from using "skills"
It was the lack of Converters. Converters are the things the convert Human's internal mana into a special mana that can be offered to use specific skills.
===
The vital point of the nameless system is that it prohibits players to hurt non-players intentionally.
That is the absolute law and prevents players to be on the top of the food chain, or so we thought.

Let's go back to the day that it came.
As told by my brother.
The avatar of the "Blade God" descended to Earth. Well, at least somewhere where everyone cannot see him. But people speculate that he descended to Salar De Uyuni. As it was the familiar scenic background that has been seen by a lot of people who looked in reflected surfaces. All the smooth and shiny surfaces that can reflect light in a regular way to form images are kind of livestreaming the broadcast of the blade god. Heck you can even see his livestream from a puddle of water on the ground as long as you can see the images.
To cut the story short, my brother enumerated to me how he become a "player" that can wield a bladed weapon.
1. The Blade God, Take, held a necklace of sort and raised it. Everyone saw that it has a pattern, which my brother described something that he has seen in Biology books, a phylogenetic tree called circle of life.
2. The Blade God announced that people who wanted to become players should hold a bladed weapon or anything that looks sharp and a bonus that if we open a game we played, we should "play a character" we want to have a pattern of our desired skills. Well, I think the latter is still a mandatory condition because of the conclusion of my brother's enumeration.
2. By the virtue of the Gaia System, I, Take, will convert anyone to players and the weapon that they are touching will be related to their class, and they will have the skills of the character they are playing reduced to a balanced level one skill.
And that's how my brother become a "bladed" swordsman, which is weird.
He held a wooden blade of a keychain, and the favorite character he had was a game character student who can actually do wind slashes and do double damage with its basic attack when it reach a level further than 1.
People who didn't have their games open failed to become a player.
Take, the blade God wanted to grant the first players who have actual game system knowledge. For there is something that it is to come, and it's not nice as he warned.
