Michael watched on as the Rock Rat hit the ground hard, but it wasn't alone as soon it's friends join it by jumping down from their hiding spots.
A total 12 Rock Rats immediately attacked as soon as they hit the ground, but completely unexpected by them they were already sounded by Skeletons.
Michael smirked seeing the Rats have no idea that they were already screwed.
"Now!" Michael yelled as the Rock Rats charged him, hearing this Victor controlled his Skeletons to pounce.
Michael didn't wait either as he raised his weapon before slamming it down onto the closes Rock Rat.
Not even pausing for a second he brought the Warhammer up before swinging it from the left to the right.
"Crack!" The bunt of the hammer stuck directly onto the head of a Rock Rat jumping at him.
The other Rock Rats screeched in anger at seeing their brethren dying, but it was completely too late as at this moment all the skeletons pounced.
Although Rock Rats aren't strong they are still stronger than the Weak skeletons, so when the Rock Rats struggled they could escape.
So Victor had to keep watch incase any were about to escape, as if there were to many they might become default for them to deal with.
Luckily little Skelly was a bit stronger than the Rock Rats so he could hold down two at the same time.
Michael seizing this opportunity attacked the only one not being held down, the Rock Rat seeing Michael tried to get close enough to climb up his leg.
But it was much weaker and too slow in Michael's eyes, Michael slammed down his foot.
"Bang! Screech!" Michael's metal boot protected him from the sharp rock like hair while trapping the poor thing.
Without any hesitation or change Michael looked down at the struggling monster before slamming down on it's head with the bottom of his shield killing it.
Turning to find his next opponent Michael came to the closest Rock Rat that was bearly being held down.
Without any pause or worry he struck down once more killing another rodent.
Rock Rats usually fight new class holders and are an extremely hard enemy for them, so they've been dubbed the Newbie's Nightmare.
As they have an extremely excellent defence that is way above their level, that is nearly impossible to penetrate for most damge types at the same strength.
Even at level 12 a full 9 levels higher their defence still gives both Michael and Victor some trouble.
So you could imagine how difficult this Labyrinth is, as every monster found within the Labyrinth has either has insane defence or well... Insane defence.
That combined with the fact that the higher the floor the stronger the monsters, made this Labyrinth truly hard to conquer.
Unfortunately for the monsters on the first floor they had to run into both Michael and Victor.
Who much like now didn't stand much of any chance against them, as realistically they were only a threat to Victor if the swarmed him.
But even when swarmed Michael would only have a little trouble as not only could he take them out in a single attack but the level 3 Rock Rats couldn't break through his armour.
Victor watched on as the Rock Rats decreased in number rapidly while making sure nothing went wrong, as when it came to well... Basically everything Victor was serious.
Because he kept watch, Victor immediately spotted that a Rock Rat had freed it's self.
= Darkness Bullet =
Before it could even react the Rock Rat who had just gained freedom was hit on the back of its head.
It made no sound or struggle as it's now headless body fell to the ground.
Seeing that it had died Victor scanned the battlefield once more, only this time there wasn't any more Rock Rats left as Michael had made quick work of them.
"So, I don't know about you but I'm getting a little bored of these useless little guys." Michael said as he rested, and watched on as the skeletons collected the loot together.
"Well luckily for you the next area should have more types monsters as we're getting closer to the next if we go that way." Victor pointed down the tunnel while storing all the loot brought too him.
"Well let's get going then! I want to try my new skills out." Michael excitedly dragged Victor forwards down the tunnel.
Violet appeared on a teleportation circle in a huge hall, people were everywhere in front of her.
But most noticeable was the clothing everyone including herself were wearing, they were all a certain style but the range of colours and patterns were huge.
Some people's clothes were red and orange with fire and flame patterns, overs teal and white with wind patterns.
Violet was wearing a cloak dress that opened up at her legs reviling her long legs wearing a set of boots going up to just above her knees.
Her arms and hands were covered by silk like gloves, the cloak on her upper body was transparent allowing you too see her shoulders and dress underneath.
Her outfit was a mix of teal blue and light purple with gold accents, with beautiful reflective patterns of different shapes symbolising illusion magic.
With a golden dragon symbol over her heart of her cloak with three stars on the outer circle surrounding the dragon.
Looking around Violet wasn't bothered by the large crowds and immediately turned and walked away, knowing exactly where to go.
Exiting the large building she hade her way over to the side of the road where an older man was waiting for her.
On his shoulder was Hestia shrunken down to the size of a sparrow, when he saw Violet his face visible brightened with excitement and happiness.
"Oh my little girl, my sweetheart! Come and give Daddy a hug!" He raised his arms for a hug with a loving smile on his face.
Violet's face went red as she hurriedly looked around in embarrassment but oddly no one was paying any attention to them like they didn't exist.
Her red face turned to the side completely ignoring him, but before she could even react she felt two arms wrap around her before pulling her into a gentle hug.
"Let go of me!" Violet immediately struggled to break free as her face couldn't be anymore crimson but all of her struggling was completely useless.
It didn't even face the man hugging her instead with a happy smile he rested his lips on the top of her head as he gave her a kiss.
"Ahh my little girl, oh how daddy's misted you. My little Violet rabbit." Hearing him she struggled even harder as Hestia just gave her a gloating look.
Eventually Violet gave up and embarrassingly raised her arms to give her dad a hug.
Which caused the man's smile to grow larger, as he enjoyed this rare moment.
"Alright, alright that's enough, I don't have enough time for this." Violet said after he didn't let go of her for a full five minutes.
It even got to the point of Hestia trying to help Violet by pecking the man no the side of the head.
"Oh... Yes I do suppose that you've got places to be and things to do." He reluctantly let go of his little girl before his face turned cheerful again.
"Now then I suppose we should go to a more private place." He tapped his head before the both of them disappeared before Violet could even react once again, while everyone else didn't even know they were there in the first place.
They appeared in an private office, Sebastian's office. Sebastian waved his hand as a table appeared in front of the couch.
Sitting down happily Sebastian patted the spot next him as he looked at his daughter.
Hestia on the other hand rolled her eyes before flying over to the corner on the room where a super luxurious area was set up.
On a high pillar was a tree that was constantly burning on fire, but the tree remained completely unharmed.
Hestia landed on a crimson and gold pillow that sat on top of one of the tree branches, hanging down from the ceiling was a large food bawl full of seeds of untold price.
Violet no longer embarrassed sat down but still kept some distance from him him by sitting one the other end of the couch.
It's not that she doesn't love her dad quite the opposite, it's just when she was growing up he was extremely busy and wasn't around much, that combined with the face growing up he was a very serious person who didn't know how to show love.
So when she was young she wished that he was like this but know he is, she regrets every single time she was so stupid.
Especially when he does it in public, at first it was terrible as he did it in front of anyone without any regard, but thankfully he stopped doing it where everyone could see or used magic to stop them from being seen.
But there were still times where people could still see it, and each time she wished she could bury her head and hide from the embarrassment.
What makes it even worse is that when he sees Victor he doesn't act like this at all but is more his stoic self.
"Cough, so why did you want to see me, after all we can talk on the phone." Violet coughed as she tried but completely failed to recover from her embarrassment which was still evident by her red face.
"Well.... It's about Victor, I believe it's time I told you somethings.." His face went completely serious, exactly the same one she knew growing up, as he pushed his pure white hair aside and his eye's faintly glowed....
