Vessels.

Why would many occupants from another realm want to have humans as their vessels? Why would they want to move their consciousness to another human's body?

The answer is pretty simple.

Humans have the potential to grow more powerful. To evolve. To become more.

Humans don't have magick or anything that could make them powerful and that might be because of their body's potential to grow.

The Shaman had wondered why those people wanted to create Hybrids. For the longest time, he had suspected this was because they wanted to summon someone from the celestial realm. Perhaps, an angel or any other higher being.

But he never thought that whoever was doing it wanted to move into a human's body. They actually wanted to invade humanity? That might sound insane but… for some reason, the Shaman thought that is actually a smart choice. Especially for someone who wanted more power.

So… is he going to do anything to stop them?
