"How's my play?" that was the first thing he asked after the game. His team won.

"Adequate."

"Adequate? That's it? Come on, Elena. I made an extra effort because I know you were watching."

"So in short, you were trying to show off."

He scoffed, wiping the sweat on his forehead and neck. "Well, I admit I did try to show off. But I'm really good at football. You have seen all those girls who cheered for me? And yet you were only sitting calmly looking like you were so bored. You didn't even cheer for me even once."

"And why would I do that? I do understand that we should show to people that we are intimate with each other, but do I have to reach that point? I don't do the cheering thing, mongrel. It is even the first time that I watched a fucking game. Stop asking for more when I'm already at the best of my behavior."

"Fine, fine. That is enough. Let's not argue with things as petty as that."
