There are hidden forces at work here ...... When the number of enemies are huge, he knows there is no other way but to become strong and wage war, to free himself and protect his family.....
A chance appears as a new dimension is opened into the existing world, where anyone with courage has a chance to evolve and become strong......The Fortune favors the gangster when he receives The Legendary pirate system,
But he soon finds out the hard way that, being a pirate is not that easy and in fact it requires much more effort than being a gangster or a hero...

I would say to really work on that grammar. There looks like there’s too many periods to show use of pauses, and not enough describing the characters’ physical state or their emotions. It’s kind of like hearing a TV show instead of watching it. Otherwise, not a terrible premise. First chapter was kind of odd, but I liked the twist at the end.
