"Is her daughter missing or did she run off to get married? Why are they bringing this to me instead of settling it with the town guards? Fools," Tobias muttered, rubbing his aching neck where there was pain. "I should have left with Hazel."
"You should have and not called me here," said an unhappy Edgar. "Go to her so that I can go home. When you got married, I had hoped it meant that I wouldn't be bothered by you. Bored of her already?"
"Of course not. There isn't anyone that I love to be around more than Hazel. I'm just bored that she isn't here so thank you for coming," said Tobias, appreciating the company.
"You said that it was important. You disturbed my day. If there was a spare prince around this palace, I would have thrown you out of the window by now. I am leaving," Edgar announced, standing up from his seat.
