The Jung siblings were on their way to a local bridal shop to look for a wedding dress for Julia. Julia scrolls through her phone to check if there are any gowns that suits her taste. She preferred a dress that shows her figure yet elegant at the same time. Meanwhile, Harry was looking through the car window once again and was in deep thought. He sighed and Julia couldn't help but noticed that something is bothering her younger brother. She put down her phone and held on to his shoulder to get his attention. He looked at Julia and saw that her face was painted with anxiety. He knew that he shouldn't be feeling this way for it is special for her.
His mind was not clear nowadays. He couldn't get Gaia out of his mind after he noticed her unrecognizable angelic beauty. He became infatuated of her. Her clear fair skin is soft to touch. She was porcelain doll that was molded into a fairy. He couldn't understand why this is happening to him though he has Cleo. He loved Cleo since the day she was introduced by one of his childhood friends. He felt that she is the right one for him but since he felt that he is cheating on Cleo for thinking about Gaia. He lowered his head down and released a sigh.
"Are you okay, Harry?" Julia asked while her brows furrowed.
-"I'm fine," Harry replied. Julia was relieved and returned to looking for gowns on her phone. Harry looked back once again through the window still immersed in his thoughts.
The car suddenly halted at the red light in front of him and the siblings didn't flinch. Harry continued looking at the streets as people do their business. He suddenly noticed a known figure walking into one of the cafes. She was wearing a pink mini dress and high heels. Her hair was in permed to wavy beach curls. She sat in front of a man and gave him a peck on the lips. Harry realized that the girl was Cleo. His chest was hurt like a knife was pierced into his heart. He wanted to cry yet he doesn't want to ruin this day for Julia. He clenched his fist as the car continued to drive.
They passed two more blocks from the cafe he saw Cleo. They drove by Gaia's shop. Harry knew that he needed to be somewhere at the moment to release the tension inside him. He needed to getaway. He wanted to hide. He immediately asked the driver to stop the car. The driver hit the brakes and Julia was surprised.
"Why the sudden stop, Harry?" Julia asked.
-"I forgot something from Gaia's shop. Don't wait up for me. Just send me the address where you're at," Harry said and got out of the car. He started walking apace to the shop. Julia was left inside the car with the driver.
The bell rang when he came into the store. However, there is no one there except for the music playing inside the shop. He sat down on the couch and waited for Gaia. He scans the shop and found that some flowers were displayed that were never there before. Begonias and dandelions are in their pots while he is still seeing the usual flowers that are available all-year-round.
Gaia went inside the shop and was surprised to see Harry already there. Harry saw her and stood up from his seat. He started walking towards her and Gaia was frozen to her feet. Harry opened up his arms and wrapped Gaia's body. Gaia was startled. Her body temperature rose and was feeling feverish yet her mind was trying to understand what just happened.
"I need you, Gaia," Harry said. "I saw her with another man." He started crying on Gaia's shoulder while his arms are still around her. She grasped the idea that he may be looking for someone to comfort him. He looked like a helpless child. She embraced Harry with comfort. She can't focus on her responsibilities while Harry was there asking for her care.
"Please go to the greenhouse and wait for me. I'll take care of everything here first," Gaia said.
Harry complied with her request. He went to the greenhouse as Gaia ordered. He was welcomed by the flowers once again as he waited for her. Somehow, he felt comfortable while he was there. It was quiet but it is relaxing. He was walking around and saw a bench in the heart of the greenhouse. He sat down and continued to wait. Gaia finally arrived with a tray of tea and biscuits. She placed it beside Harry and sat on the side of the bench.
"Do you like the greenhouse?" Gaia asked.
-"Yes," Harry said. "It is like you are living in an artwork."
"Glad that you liked it. I have been taking care of the flowers since my grandmother passed away four years ago."
Harry looked at Gaia whose eyes were filled with sadness as she remembers her late grandmother. Her grandmother decided to have a garden filled with flowers after her husband died. It was her therapy every time she misses him. Now that she is gone, it is now Gaia's turn to take care of it.
"I decided to run a flower shop because-"
-"You want to share happiness."
Gaia stopped and stared at Harry as he looks back at her. Harry's heart started to beat once again and he never regretted it. After what Cleo did, it is time for him to fall in love with someone else. He believes that he already found it and that is the girl who is with him at the moment. Without a second thought, Harry leaned forward and held Gaia's cheeks. Gaia gulped. She wanted it to stop but she wants him to do more. He pitched himself closer to her and touched her lips with his lips. Gaia was drawn to kiss him back. She has been waiting for this moment. Harry finally let go of the kiss and looked at her.
"I'm sorry," Harry said. "I should have asked for your consent."
Gaia was speechless about what just happened. Her mind went blank and attempts to understand. However, Harry was surprised that Gaia was not complaining or didn't get mad at him. He wanted to kiss her again but he wants her to be his girlfriend this time. His love for Cleo was slowly fading after it was shattered. Being with Gaia gave him the chance to make his move to her. He made a decision and accepted the truth that he fell in love with Gaia. He wanted to know if she feels the same way but he is too scared to face the consequences. He took a deep breath and faced her.
"Gaia," Harry said. "Do you like me?"
Gaia was surprised at his question. She never imagined that Harry would ask her this question since he always mentioned Cleo every time he comes to her store. Hearing the news from Harry about Cleo cheating paved the way for her to accept that she does like him from the day that he came into the store.
"I'll give you more time then," Harry said. "Let me know when you're ready."
