Clearly the news isn't very respected in this city...
"Multiple kidnappings have been taking place over the past few weeks."
"We implore you to stay home and keep to yourselves until the authorities manage to find the kidnappers."
Mostly everyone just ignored this clip and continued on with their daily lives...
