The two animals had become one.
It didn't look right though.
With it's legs numbering up to 8, it was definitely an abomination.
The color of it's pelt also changed.
From pure white to yellowish grey.
Sniffing it from afar, I could tell it was rotten.
Did it die?
Walking closer, it suddenly raised it's head.
Forcing it's way out of the crack, it pulled itself towards me.
How horrifying.
Half dead yet still wanting to kill me.
It's eyes stared at me coldly before it promptly fell to the ground.
Nudging it, I knew that it was dead now.
The meat was rotten and the fur sticky with the kind of yellowish liquid that made up this animals fur.
I couldn't sell this...
No one would ever want to buy this.
Dead animal corpses that looked absolutely disgusting.
From it's original look to this.
It should be obvious that the pure white wolf looked better.
Kicking the dead body under a tree, I continued on my journey.
A short while later, another adventurer came along and saw the corpse.
Checking the monster encyclopedia he just bought.
He found out that this was an extinct animal that was said to have died out hundreds of years ago.
Surprisingly, he found a fresh corpse!
What incredible luck!
With a happy grin, he picked up the corpse and brought it in to sell.
Little did I know that the fuse had involuntarily created a priceless treasure.
