Capítulo 215: Update on my left wrist

It seems I have pulled my wrist tendons badly, it was kind of inflamed. My wrist needs to be on bind to avoid movements that can further the injury and to also help it recover fast. I was also advise to avoid using my left hand as much as possible. I was reprimanded for just letting the situation be and enduring the pain till it became unbearable. Guys if you injured yourself and thought that it wasn't serious but doesn't go away for days then you should go see an expert. Don't be like me who waited for more than a month before I decided to do so. I hope it heals fast since I am having a lot of trouble getting things done with my wrist being like this. It is hard working with just one hand and it is more hard when I accidentally use my left hand because of the sudden surge of pain that comes like an electric volt, even using my thumb sometimes makes me scream in pain. I really hope it heals in no time.
