"Alright, I am heading out. Do you want me to buy anything? Any groceries?" It was 9 in the morning. William was preparing to head out. If Scarlett's parents weren't kidnapped then William would have been busy with his work. 

Because he hadn't worked recently, he had a lot of tasks to catch up on. This was especially true now, as he was in the process of making his business bigger. To make up for the time he hadn't worked, he would need to put in extra hours.

This meant spending more time at work than usual, focusing on all the tasks and responsibilities that had piled up during his absence. It was a busy period, and to get everything back on track, he realized he had to work harder and longer.

"No, need. But try to return home as early as possible." Isabella said as she fixed his tie.
