Capítulo 279: Loriel Asks Raphael For Help

Raphael, who still happened to be in Myreen, looked at Loriel who was still clinging on to life and the dragon when the man returned. 

There was a literal sword still stuck in his chest and yet the king of Summeria still managed to come back to meet with the god of healing. 

It was incredible that the man lasted this long, but if Loriel wasn't healed in this moment, he would surely die.

"Argh!" Loriel's bloodied hand held Raphael in the shoulder. Blood was trickling down the corner of his mouth, and he was deathly pale as a ghost, but there was a determined look in his eyes. "Raphael, please… heal me, if I were to die right now, it would be too easy for me."

"Unbelievable." Raphael looked at the mortal and shook his head for a moment. 

It was a strange thing to say. Most humans would have begged to live because they wanted to stay alive and were afraid to die.
