Capítulo 351: Drink

Mineah stirred and slowly opened her sleepy eyes only to be shocked by what she saw. "Lai?"

"You're finally awake!" she exclaimed and pounced on him to hug him without wasting a second. 

"Oh, thank you, dear Almighty!" she whispered silent prayers under her breath as she started crying uncontrollably. Those were tears of overflowing joy. Seeing him finally awake was so shocking that she pinched her skin to make sure that she wasn't just dreaming or hallucinating. She couldn't have been more grateful that he was finally awake and talking!

Nikolai gently pulled back from the hug and stared blankly at her face as he said, "I'm sorry, but I don't remember you. Who are you?"

Mineah felt a sharp pain inside her heart. She had already mentally prepared herself for the possibility of Nikolai maybe not remembering her. But still…It didn't make it any easier. She bit her inner cheek and quickly composed herself.
