Capítulo 90: What if the Doll told You She Had Fallen?

Evan hummed, tapping his ballpoint pen on the surface of his table as he looked outside and saw that the sun was already setting, casting an orange glow on everything in his office.

He glanced at the clock on the wall and realized that he had been working longer than he intended.

Again.

With a sigh, he closed his laptop and stretched his arms above his head, feeling the tension in his muscles begin to disappear.

'Time to call it a day,' Evan thought, pushing his chair back from the desk and standing up.

As he gathered his belongings, his mind wandered back to Eternity, wondering what she might be doing at this hour. Her subjects scheduled for today were science, history, the arts, and music. And judging from how late it was, Evan assumed that her music class had just ended.

"I wonder how her class went..." Evan muttered aloud as he finished packing up his things.
