Capítulo 67: The Doll's Doppelgänger was Almost a Queen

When Edelweiss returned to the group, she had a very distressed expression.

"What's wrong?" Evan inquired, raising an eyebrow.

He half-expected her to give a teasing reply and make a reference to his pathetic display a while ago, completely disregarding his question. But instead, she actually answered him seriously.

"Some issues with the production team," she sighed heavily, shaking her head. "I might need to leave Berlin earlier than expected to check how much damage the contamination has done to the latest batches."

"That's awfully hands-on of you," Evan commented, sounding genuinely impressed.

Edelweiss mockingly flipped her hair, chuckling.

"Though I don't want to worry about that now," she said dismissively. "Let's continue with our day."
