Capítulo 118: The CEO’s Coffee

The frown on Eternity's face grew deeper.

"O-okay…?" she said, not knowing how else to react.

J beamed at her one last time as he removed his hands from her shoulders, turned his back to her, and continued walking down the hallway.

Eternity merely followed him wordlessly, too dumbfounded by what she just heard to do anything else.

It didn't take quite a while because, after a few minutes, they arrived at the door of the CEO's office.

"Guess I'll leave you here," J said, nudging her softly on the shoulder. "I'll head now in the other direction and see you later, D."

"Yes." Eternity nodded. "I'll see you later."

J flashed his billion-dollar smile at her before turning his heels and heading to the opposite side of the hallway.

Now, Eternity stood alone in front of the CEO's office.
