Capítulo 43: Stranded

April stared at the clouds all around her. She was in awe of the vastness of the sky. She could not believe that Vincent was right after all. She should enjoy the view at the moment. Aside from the whirring sound coming from the helicopter engine, it was really nice to see only clouds all around them, clouds as white as snow like magical mist cloaking them from the world. She breathed deeply, ignoring the sound of the engine. She felt her heartbeat calm down. She relaxed soon enough.

After a while, she turned her gaze toward Vincent to find out what her companion was doing at the same instance. At the moment, he was staring at her, with an amused smile on his face. He blinked in surprise, as April caught what he was doing.

April grimaced at him, for his reaction. She thought that he was making fun of her again.
