Capítulo 69: Reunion

Khalid returned home after his escapade into the wild. He had a clear mindset and was planning to be a better person. His days weren't all that fun without a certain beauty. He missed Amira's presence in his life but it wasn't time for him to look for her. 

A few months have gone by since his return. The home that he has known for almost all his life felt like a strange place. Not only did Zamarad's absence create a visible hole in their lives but also, it managed to drive the family apart.

Khalid felt helpless as he watched his sister lost in her thoughts. Rumi haven't been the same as he had left her. She had a broken look in her eyes. Most of her days would be spent at her restaurant and whenever she was free, she would lock herself up in the room. 

Ramlah returned homes a few days ago. she wasn't any better after Zamarad lift home. Every day, she would complain about one thing or another. His parents were carefree as they have always been.
