Capítulo 206: Making up

Angelo lifted his head from the scroll looking extremely exhausted. He wanted to stand up and stretch out a little when he heard a knock coming from the door.

He permitted whoever was at the door to enter. The room was a little dark with the only source of light coming from the table lamp.

His heart skipped a beat at the familiar girl walking inside. She leaned on the wall, her features hidden from his eager eyes.

He stood up and walked towards her. He had missed her so. She didn't move but stayed in place looking at her.

With their abilities, they had no issues seeing in the darkness. Angelo's gaze was hot on her skin effortlessly activating her wings.

This happens with her kind whenever they are in love. However, it's a secret only known to them. The other species knew nothing about such.

As for Angelo, he was more knowledgeable than she gave him credit for. He had been taught by his mother who learned from their ancestors.
