Capítulo 92: His Family

Shahzad waited for his beloved to show up. His heart was in turmoil. Tonight, she had given him a taste of something he craved with every cell in his body. He wanted to see his babies and hold them. He wanted to go hold his lady whenever he wanted.

He wanted to be able to look at her every day. He wanted to consult her when things become hard. He wanted to feel her arms around him and her warmth next to him.

He was too engrossed in his thought that he failed to notice Zamarad creeping behind him. She wrapped her arms around his waist and buried her head in his back.

" I am sorry, Shahzad. I never apologized for taking away the children. I am sorry for depriving you of the right to watch them grow. I am sorry. Forgive my selfishness beloved."

Her voice was thick and heavy with emotions. She had felt his pain as his gaze fell on his son. The little man's words were like a knife that stabbed st his heart. He felt like a failure as a father and husband.
