Iris had never seen something like this before, nor did she have any idea the little lizard had an ability to disappear and appear again in different media of flames.

"How did you do that?" Iris was dumbstruck to see the little lizard in the young man's hands.

The young boy smiled innocently and dropped the little lizard back in her hands, as he waited with expectant eyes. His green eyes looked so beautiful under the sunlight that streamed in through the window.

Iris received the little lizard and the creature curled its body on her joined palms, making small noises, as it nuzzled her thumb before closing its eyes.

"Who are you?" Iris narrowed her eyes. She didn't feel this young man was dangerous, but their whereabouts must be kept secret. Even one word of them being out here would cause trouble for Cane's entire plan and that was the last thing Iris wanted.
