Capítulo 45: No One Can Stop Us.

"Sis, please tell me. What is happening?" Joseline grabbed Lilian's hand as the men stepped forward to hold her.

"I'm sorry, Josie. I don't know either." Lilian looked around in confusion as the men pulled Joseline away from her and out of the room.

"Dad, aren't you going to be here? Why are you leaving me?!" Joseline called as the men pulled her down the aisle. She watched her father walking away from her, and out of the hall, ignoring her aching heart.

Of course, Joseline was not the only one to gasp in shock, the guests too stared in bewilderment as they watched the bride being pulled like a prisoner toward the altar. 

Could there be any weird wedding like this one? A lot of people began to whisper among themselves not minding if their voices were heard.

"I knew it all along. Didn't I tell you that there must be something behind this wedding? Who would ever fall in love with that sicky child?" One of the guests, Lady P said.
