Joseline almost jolted as she saw Lilian scream, rushing towards her, her eyes flashing with excitement and extreme joy.

"How do you feel now, tell me?" Lilian wrapped her arms around Joseline casting a glance all over Joseline's body as if to make sure all her bones were strong again. Noticing the absence of Evangeline, without taking a breath, she asked immediately, "Where is Grandma? Talk to me." Lilian looked desperately at Joseline.

Staring deeply at the hopeful eyes of Lilian, Joseline opened her mouth to speak, "I...I...I"

"Yes, yes. Go on, talk to me." Lilian's heartbeat heightened, drawn completely at Joseline.

Joseline opened her mouth to speak again, but everything felt stiff and dry as if a sharp blade had been forced down her throat. All she could force out of her lips again was, "I...I...I"
