So... this was a thing huh. There are so many things wrong with this novel that it's unreadable for me. Unfortunately, compared to the other choice I voted for this one back then. What a horrible disappointment. It's boring. Just another self-mast*rbatory story for the author. Funny enough, at the end of chapter 10, MC claims to finally be an "alpha". That's one of the saddest thing you would have expected a delusional beta to say; try harder lol. MC is impulsive and often shouts/yells (everytime he talks, it's "cried") instead of just speaking? Plot holes and plot armour galore in here. -People who plays the game never need mental rest (needs no sleep), and do not suffer from mental exhaustion. -Game servers only open for 8h every night...? Why the hell would the latest, most popular game do that? Servers should be open 24h so anyone can play whenever they want, instead of being forced to wait until 10pm to play the dumb game. I wouldn't have bothered to buy the game if this was one of the rules for it. -The story development is non-existent. Story is flat, dull and bland. There's no fight scenes at all, just [monster name] appeared, MC gets exp + loot, "nice". Not even a description of the monster, i guess author makes up for it with literal monster names so you even know what he just fought. Also no one grind 500 mobs in the area, so MC was the first to trigger that mini-boss? Complete BS. If you can do something, pretty sure another lucky idiot out there would have also stumbled upon it. You're not *that* special, boy. -Unbalanced character abilities in creation screen, human was obviously the class to go to since they have so much more "perks". Also the "perks" are pretty unrealistic, it's as if there were only 100+ players playing this game. -Unnecessary info dropping. I know there's a lot of game stuff author want to clear out of the way first, but that was so dry and unnecessary that I just skipped pass it all. I don't need to know about the colour codes of armour etc. No point telling us gold = legendary, it's not like we're seeing one soon and it could be introduced better. Like he can see the stats of this awesome new sword and see it so beefed up and go "Woah! This is some BS legendary stats!" That would have gotten the gold = legendary well across too. -Unrealistic basketball match. There's so many wrong there that I just don't want to comprehend. It was also as boring as the rest of the novel. I doubt the author knows anything about the rules of basketball. -I also don't think author knows how people works. All I see here is robots pretending to be human and cardboard people. Unfortunately, this story is mediocre. It is a good sleeping aid though.

You will probably enjoy it. The translators are EndlessFantasy though, and they are currently butchering Daoist Master of Qing Xuan - all the cultivation levels for the novel are in Pinyin and incomprehensible, there are paragraphs full of butchered MTL-like translations and with all these issues - it went premium at ch. 175 as well. There is a decent chance that this novel will end up like this as well - so 3 stars.

Kudos to the translation team for being able to focus long enough on translating such a poorly written novel. As far as translation issues go, the only odd thing I've noticed is that "Orc" might be "Beastman" in the beginning, but the author doesn't give us any information to clarify it. The story is so badly written, it's easier to read it as a satire, but it's still really bad. The MC has no depth whatsoever and is like a kid with ADHD who has no goals or biological needs or anything. He's overpowered in only the first few chapters. Plot holes are everywhere, even just in the first ten chapters. There are barely an explanations about anything that's going on. There are many moments which will leave you wondering what exactly the creator of this series was thinking. Although there is a game setting, very few details and descriptions are given about it. The dialogue with NPCs is absent. There is no action or adventure described. The story just says the MC does things or kills something. If you are here because you like action, adventure, gaming, or comedy series, this is definitely not for you. I don't know what strong points this series has, but I don't have the patience to try reading it any longer.

The first 30 chapter the MC shows contradictory behaviour, one second he is reckless and the next cautious sometimes arrogant others servile. Even though he is a teenager he is someone who would lose his life very fast in real life but you know plot armour so whatever.

Let me go by saying I love op mcs and love when they're popular when its done right as for this... I tried to call chief and he told me to go away he already knows. Oh and pretty much every high voted comments in the first 50 chapters are all people hatting on the bad writing and plot so thats a thing. This is a story about a very stereotypical nerd who through the power of plot armor gets verbally s*ucked by every female, teasing girls one second to become a slave through a contract next because a female character talks nice to him, and then throws out his secrets like soup at a soup kitchen. _-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-SPOILERS_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_- So the main character becomes a blacksmith and is given a unbelievably broken ability and class that hes gonna use to become a real life superman. How you say? A magical ring he randomly finds on the ground that lets him go into a vrmmo can take items from in game to the real world. Sound stupid yet? Well dont worry with all the verbal $uck and very bad characters you wont have any idea whose who for a good 70% of all females. Jokes aside he has a entire guild giving him the verbal $uck and i cant tell the diffrence between any of the named ones besides the one that overly $*xualized and 85% of words have all been something about the mc being attractive. I digress the magic ring has to be upgraded either thru real items or in game items. Yet it can just snatch anything from the mc and force him to be a certain class yet was never given a explanation as to ehy the ring that gives him +20 luck at level 2 A Doesnt make him already super human(seriously he could but 10 lotto tickets and hes gurrented to win but he doesnt) and B why the mc gets stuck in any situation. The mc can literally run 3ms per step. Not second but everytime he moves his legs he jumps 3 meters yet hes as of chapter 58 getting locked down by some thugs who wouldnt be able to touch his coat(yes he has a fat friend but he could easily kill everyone around him by running and punching them in the neck no way he can't destroy everyone present). The next chapter hes being dragged down by 2 idoits and tgeir little sister eho apon seeing the mc has a sploosh as she claims hes KINDA CUTE and fights him. Now because he has SUPERHUMAN SPEED he trips her and could have let her fall cracker her skull but the mc is a good guy(+1) and catches her in the classic kiss pose which she goes in for. Very next chapter mc doesnt run away with his superspeed but some how gotten himself a stalker. Thats where i quit. Mc doesnt like whats going on and can damn near catch a car if he really tries in running but doesnt leave this situation its beyond me
