Capítulo 46: Two Conqueror's Clash
The moment Justinian and Darkseid reached each other they swung their over sized spears against each other. When the two weapons stuck each other a shock wave of such force exploded from the point of impact. Superman who had been watching ready to jump in was forced to brace as he was thrown back.
The fleet in space was rocked by the same shock wave just as Phobos, Deimos, and Mars. It forced the consciousness of Mars to use its potent Psychic ability protect the planet and Moons as the amount of force generated in the impact was immense.
When Darkseid felt the impact run up his spear and his arms he was momentarily stunned. There were very few beings who could match him in strength, but he found one. As for Justinian when he felt the impact in his arms he started to smile behind his helmet. As for Darkseid he merely scowled as he put more strength into his arms.
Rather than let himself be stunned Darkseif began to channel the Omega Effect into his Spear. It caused the weapon to glow a dark crimson which would normally destroy any planet or weapon, but Justinian's Guardian Spear was not one of them.
Justinian began to reinforce his spear with his potent Psychic and Divine Energies causing the weapon to glow a deep Golden Purple. The runes covering the Spear glowed deeply. Darkseid was not pleased at all.
"You will beg me for the sweet r-"
Justinian didn't even listen to the whole thing as he raised his left arm and struck Darkseid with his elbow on the face. Rather than Pierce, the ability had been enhanced when Ddraig became a Dragon God.
[Defense Breaker.]
The instant his elbow struck Darkseid, the dimensions shattered like the cracks in a mirror. Darkseid's face was filled with incisions that began bleeding. His eyes had been torn apart and Justinian didn't just end with that.
He raised his right leg and he kicked Darkseid in the gut.
[Defense Breaker.]
Once again reality shattered and Darkseid's stomach was torn open as he got tossed back through the sheer power of that attack. Darkseid's Avatar reached up and felt the tears in his stone skin. Justinian spun his Guardian Spear as he activated the Matter Disruption Field that surged with Divine and Psychic Energy.
"How much power did you even put into this Avatar? Doesn't seem that much."
Darkseid's stone skin healed from the damage and it made him smile. He placed a hand on his stomach which also began to heal at a visible rate.
"Not even the Kryptonian could harm me in one blow. I will enjoy breaking you."
Justinian held his spear above his head with both hands before he got into a battle stance.
"I will tear out your dark heart with my bare hands."
Justinian's body began overflowing with Divine and Psychic Energy causing his armor to start glowing as potent flames surged from his skin. He was drawing on the Burning Martian and Kryptonian DNA in his body increasing his strength further.
Even now, his armor was gathering Solar Radiation purifying it, and feeding it into his cells. He hurled himself toward Darkseid through the void. He came from above before he swung his spear with all his strength.
[Defense Breaker.]
He swung it down with all his strength which Darkseid blocked with his spear. Once again reality shattered like a mirror causing the spear of Darkseid to begin cracking. Darkseid's eyes narrowed as whatever that move was it was dangerous.
Darkseid deflected the blow by pushing off Justinian's spear, he spun around and tried to stab Justinian in the chest. Rather than trust his armor, he swung up with the Boosted Gear as his fingers shifted into a crackling Lightning Claw.
He caught and smacked Darkseid's spear away before he raised his right leg in a spartan kick to Darkseid's chest. The moment he came into contact with Darkseid he took a gamble.
{Divide.}
He combined the Defense Breaker of Ddraig and Divide of Ddraig causing something devastating. The moment Darkseid was subjected to the combined powers of Justinian's brothers he was left hurling.
When his body got torn open, the Divide drained a not insignificant amount of the Omega Effect. When he stopped himself he snarled as he looked at Justinian who lowered his leg.
"What did you do?"
Justinian ignored him as he, Ddraig, and Albion were feeling something. The Omega Effect they drained was shared between them and while it was an extremely potent energy, it caused all three of them to feel pure ecstasy.
Chaos Magic was Anathema to Justinian because of his Emperor-given powers, but it seemed that the Omega Effect was not. No, the Omega Effect was well suited for them as a result of the Concepts of Domination and Supremacy.
It synchronized well with all three of their souls and they wanted more.
{Justinian, not to order you around, but stop playing around and go Balance Breaker, the Omega Effect has to be ours.}
[AGREED! This stuff is the good shit. Take it all.]
'Fine.'
Justinian jumped back a descent distance from Darkseid who was healing himself.
"What are you doing you insolent fool? What did you do?"
Justinian took a deep breath as he, Albion, and Ddraig once again synchronized their souls together. He had only used his Balance Breaker once before, but that was because of the sheer power it gave him.
"Two words, Balance Breaker."
[Balance Breaker.]
{Balance Breaker.}
The Avatars of Ddraig and Albion in the distance dissipated as all their power returned to Justinian. Superman who had been watching knew what was coming and he put himself between Darkseid and Justinian as it took a little while.
He may not like Justinian, but he preferred him to Darkseid.
"You should wait for him to finish, it won't be long."
Darkseid watched as a titanic pillar of deep dark purple and bright gold Divine and Psychic Energy erupted from Justinian's body. Superman remembered when Justinian pulled this move out back when he fought Klarion and that was when Justinian was far weaker.
He did wonder who could match Justinian in direct combat when he started going all out. As for Darkseid, he was still angry that even a tiny portion of the Omega Effect was taken him. He began to move forward with his spear in hand.
The weapon was badly cracked, but it was starting to mend itself.
"Move out of my way Kryptonian."
Superman raised his fists as he glared at Darkseid.
"I will not Darkseid."
Darkseid snarled as he moved forward.
"Then die here like a dog."
Darkseid charged toward Superman with his spear in hand, but he was stopped as a blast of potent Lightning and Fire struck him in the chest. This blast was titanic and when it struck him erupted in golden-purple streaks of supercharged plasma.
The Pillar of Power dissipated as Justinian drew all that power back into his body. Every time he used the Supreme Imperial Dominator Armor he felt at the top of his game. The Concepts of Domination and Supremacy were at their strongest and for him to use.
His Guardian Spear had once again transformed into a titanic segmented sword. From his back, he had six sets of mechanized Dragon Wings and he was looking down at Darkseid at his current size of 45(13 Meters) feet.
"Darkseid, you might want to use more power because when I go all out, nothing lives."
Darkseid was going to scoff, but Justinian showed him what he meant.
[Boost.]
He only did it once and instantly his strength was quadrupled. He then blasted toward Darkseid reaching him in moments. He pulled his right hand back and he punched Darkseid with all the force he could muster at the moment.
[Defense Breaker.]
{Divide}
When Darkseid felt that impact, not only was Justinian's fist bigger than this avatar, but he felt like all of the internals of his avatar were pulverized. Space and Reality screamed as it was torn open with Darkseid in the middle.
The Omega Effect began to escape his Avatar as it began to be devoured by Justinian, Ddraig, and Albion who wanted more. The impact was so great that the entire Solar System seemed about to lose its orbit. The soul of Mars was forced to form an avatar before using the potent Psymagic energy flowing through the planet to hold the Solar System steady.
It wasn't an easy task because of just how powerful Justinian could get. Her first action was to defend the Solar System from her own Master's power. The avatar she formed had clenched teeth and she was cursing to high heaven.
'THRONE DAMMIT MASTER!'
As for Darkseid, he was blasted toward Earth with his entire Avatar in a brutal state. He was leaking crimson glowing blood, and energy escaped the Avatar as it hurled through space.
"COME HERE!"
Justinian clasped his hand shut grabbing onto Darkseid through telekenesis. He then dragged him back as he once again boosted his power bringing his strength up to 16 times itself. This is why Justinian was such a menace as he had no real upper limit just as much as he could endure.
He had boundless stamina and with his Burning Martian and Kryptonian enhancements, his body could endure a lot. Justinian grinned as Darkseid's Avatar reached him.
He waved his hand and tossed it high above him before he hurled it countless times faster than light. Superman could see him, but just like before he hit Darkseid with his full force.
His giant fist struck Darkseid and once again Reality and the Dimensions shattered. The Omega Effect began to surge into his body like a flood as he tore apart this Avatar into chunks.
However, the Soul Of Mars had to begin to use all its focus to keep the Solar System in one piece.
"MASTER, FOR THE LOVE OF YOU, GO EASY!"
He ignored Darkseid's brutalized Avatar as it blasted out of the bounds of the Solar System. The Avatar of the Soul Of Mars was gasping for breath as she floated in front of Mars itself.
He laughed deeply as he appeared next to her. It was like he had not even moved and just appeared next to her. She glared up at him as her first action had been to save everything.
"Be more careful, if you destroy everything, you destroy your Empire."
"True, I guess I underestimated myself."
[I will say.]
{That was an incredible display of what we three can do. Now, how long until Darkseid puts himself together?}
"Give him a minute in the meantime, how has it been?"
This woman was the soul of Mars itself. She had dark black hair that reached her lower back, deep golden eyes with purple pupils, and she wore golden plates of metal. Plus, she was tall as she was 10 feet tall.
"Everything has been well. Now forget about me, and go face that rocky bastard. He is coming back."
"Right, oh and your name is Erda now."
"Thanks, now GO!"
In the time he was talking to her he, Ddraig, and Albion took the Omega Effect they stole and fused it with their Souls as it just felt right. When they did that, they felt their strength rise even higher.
It didn't take long for Darkseid to repair his Avatar which blasted toward Justinian. However, the Avatar was much bigger than before and bigger than Justinian was now.
"BEG ME FOR DEATH!"
Justinian merely smiled as he began growing larger until he and Darkseid were the size of mountains.
"COME! GIVE ME A FIGHT TO REMEMBER!"
In the distance, Remnosh and Lauralina along with the rest of Justinian's Honor Guard watched from the top of the Invincible Reason. Remnosh herself had removed her helmet and she was smiling.
"Look at him, when was the last time you saw him this happy."
As she said that, Darkseid and Justinian reached each other. When they did so, Darkseid punched Justinian in the chest with such force that the blow could be felt from Earth.
Remnosh and the others merely braced as they watched Justinian battle. Lauralina was on her knees taking in the sight of her God battle a pretender to the title. Her hands were moving rapidly as she noted down the battle blow for blow.
She even made sure to record it with her helmet to see it until the day she died. When Justinian got punched, he lunged out and grabbed Darkseid's arm. He spun around and he sliced the arm off with his blade.
He then kicked Darkseid with another Defense Breaker, but unlike before Darkseid managed to endure.
'Good.'
Justinian kicked him again with even more force allowing him to tear off Darkseid's entire right arm. Darkseid roared in pain as he spun around and kicked Justinian in the chest.
When they were separated, Justinian absorbed all the Omega Effect in the arm he stole. When it was drained it fell apart before he looked toward Darkseid who was regrowing his arm.
Darkseid's true form was transcendent and stronger than many things in the Multiverse, his avatars were powerful but could be beaten. He had been beaten by Superman many times before, and Justinian was no Superman.
"What is happening? I am Darkseid."
As Darkseid watched as his arm returned before he looked at Justinian who was watching him.
"Hey, Darkseid. I got a question?"
Darkseid seemed confused.
"A question?"
"Yes, this is how you do it right?"
From his eyes, two gigantic Omega Beams struck Darkseid in the chest blasting his Avatar with his power. It caused Darkseid no small amount of shame and pain as he looked at his chest.
"You will regret that."
More of the Omega Effect began flowing into the Avatar repairing its damage and making it stronger. It started growing larger until it once again seemed to swell in size.
Both were the size of mountains already and now Darkseid seemed like a small Moon. Justinian grinned as he grew larger to match Darkseid as if to mock him.
"Getting bigger won't do any good. I can always do the same. I am happy you are taking this seriously. You are going to need it."
[Boost.]
That was the third boost he had used and now he was 64 times stronger. With how strong Justinian was at his base level, at this level of power he would destroy this entire solar system.
No, with the power he was drawing on, if he was not careful he could probably blow up the galaxy if he wasn't careful.
"COME ON!"
Justinian waved his hand and released an upgraded version of a Bounded Field that was more like a Domain. Here, he and Darkseid who seemed to be rising in power could be able to fight without destroying everything.
He teleported directly bellow Darkseid with both hands he swung his sword at Darkseid's gut. His blade struck the New God and pierced through his skin and flesh through the Defense Breaker.
If Darkseid felt the pain he didn't let it show on his face as he coated his fist in the Omega Effect. He then threw a punch at Justinian's face, but to counter Justinian caught his fist with his hand.
{Divide}
Albion had gone through the same Godly upgrades and no longer as the Divide merely halved the power of power of the foe. It divided it by 4 meaning Darkseid's Avatar had been drained to 1/4th of its power.
All that power was then drawn into the body of Justinian who began to radiate the overflowing power of the Omega Effect.
"This is the end."
[Divide.}
When it happened again, Darkseid began screaming in pain as just like Justinian said, Justinian was killing his Avatar. The Omega began flowing from Darkseid into Justinina's body drawn in by the Concepts of Domination and supremacy.
"RELEASE ME!"
{Divide}
With it happening again Darkseid's legs began to crumble as the Omega Effect that held him together was failing.
"DIE!"
Darkseid raised his spear and stabbed Justinian in the chest. His spear failed to pierce through as the Balance Breaker mode of his armor was currently Boosted to an insane degree.
{Divide.}
More of the Omega Effect began flowing to Justinian and he didn't seem to want to leave any of it.
{Divide.}
Every second, Justinian used the Divide as a wave of the Omega Effect flowing through his body. By this time the Avatar of Darkseid that got sent against him was starting to crumble to dust.
All that was left was Darkseid's head and chest. The Avatar raised hit's head and looked up at Justinian.
"You will regret this."
Rather than let more of his power get stolen, Darkseid was about to release his Avatar, but Justinian tossed it away. He then fired two Bolts from his Lastrum Storm Bolter filled with the Omega Effect.
The two bolts pierced the Avatar's chest and detonated from inside containing the Flames and Poisons of Ddraig and Albion. A titanic explosion erupted from the remains of the Avatar of Darkseid as the first clash between Darkseid and Justinian ended in Justinina's victory..

On Apokalips, a new Avatar formed as quickly as the first was destroyed. He appeared in his throne room sitting on his throne. For a few moments, Darkseid stayed silent, but he started to laugh.
"Enjoy the power you stole from me worm."
He began to think of Justinian more than Superman as a foe.
'The Power to constantly multiply his Power, the Power to steal his foes power, the ability to break defenses. Just as you plundered from me, I will plunder from you.'
The next time they faced off, it would not be as easy as the first because Darkseid would be ready for him. However, he was not the only one as now Justinian had the body of Kalibak and Steppenwolf.
The next time they faced off, he would enhance his genetics with the very bloodline of Darkseid and now he also had the Omega Effect flowing through his body. When they did meet, it would be a battle to determine who would rule and who would die.
Darkseid was looking forward to their next battle as he would take everything from Justinian.

As for Justinian, he removed his helmet exposing his giant grin. He began to shrink down until he was back to his usual height of 12 feet.
"Run Darkseid, run all you want. I will take everything from you. The Multiverse will remember you as nothing more than my stepping stone. So run, but I will find and kill you, Old God."
Justinian started laughing like a maniac as he released his Bounded Field. When the field went down, Superman who was still waiting stopped when he saw the state Justinian was in.
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"
"Where is Darkseid?"
When he heard Superman speak, Justinian stopped laughing as he began to power down.
"I destroyed his Avatar, he is nowhere near dead. He just retreated and he will return with a vengeance. I can't wait for our rematch because it will be a battle for the ages."
As Justinian began to plot and scheme, His Honor Guard began to gather around him. With Darkseid gone, it meant that the first battle of the Imperium and Apokalips ended in an Imperium Victory.
Would that still be the case the next time? If Justinian had his way then yes because he now had perfect genetic materials to enhance himself with.
