Hey everyone,
I've been getting complaints about how I portrayed Sasuke's character, so I wanted to explain a few things.
You all know the ending, right? The fight between Sasuke and Naruto? That's when Sasuke realized what he had missed due to his obsession and how lonely and dark everything had become for him. He saw what he had lost.
So, let's get started with my explanation. First, Sasuke is a human who can change over time; this is called character development. Just like in Boruto, where he had his own redemption arc, this whole portrayal is about his perspective. Others see him completely differently.
It's similar to "Classroom of the Elite," where the manga shows how Ayanokōji thinks, the novel shows how he actually is, and the anime shows how others see him. I wanted to do something like that. Everything Sasuke does that seems funny or dumb is how he thinks he is, while others perceive him completely differently. Although it hasn't been as successful as I hoped, I tried to showing when Arthur meeting him and how the director saw him.
In my fanfic, Sasuke can be ruthless if necessary, but he wants to change and live a normal life with his family. He doesn't want to lose them like he lost others. That's why he's trying his best not to be like his past self, where other people's opinions didn't matter and he sacrificed friends. He doesn't want to do that anymore. I know that most of you want a ruthless and crazy Sasuke, but this is the direction I chose to take with his character.
Regarding the heroines, I initially chose only Kathly, as I'm not a fan of harem scenarios. However, after rereading the manhwa, I felt sad for both Lilia and Kathly, so I included them both.
Finally, I wanted to let you know that by Monday, I should be healthy again and able to return to my regular schedule of posting at least one chapter every day, with each chapter being at least 2,000 words.
