Capítulo 42: 42 - The Armory

Lucian wasn't sure what was happening to him. However, he had a small idea. Still, he wouldn't say anything as he didn't know what would happen if he did.

"So, we're a team, now?" Lucian exclaimed.

He didn't seem too sure of himself since the little speech that Elvin had given showed that he didn't appreciate Lucian much. In fact, it almost looked like he hated him. Lucian knew that, and he also knew that he would need to be extremely careful about Elvin. There was no telling what he might do in the future.

"W-We are!" Ava shouted, trying to make the tension in the atmosphere die down.

She jumped toward Lucian, grabbing onto his arm just like usual.

Alex didn't say anything. It looked like he had a lot to think of. He just slowly walked in Lucian's direction without saying anything. His lips moved, but Lucian wasn't able to hear anything that came out of his mouth.

"Did you say something?"

Alex spoke up a little louder this time.
