Ophir was able to see through the memories as Fur patch it together. He heared from Selah that it was Litrez but what is with this witch that she losed a heart and even forgot to love through all the generation that she was alive.
"I see, then she might be the one." Fur hummed.
"What do you mean?" Urchin asked.
"There is this painting in our university that was said to be done with pure dust. As exactly as how Litrez looked like but she was clothed in purple linen." Agsus explained.
"And what does it have to do with us?" Ophir raised.
"Nothing, but searching and being knowledgeable about your opponent's background may help." Fur replied.
"Now, I am curious." Sycamore mumbled as he sat down after their session.
"According to our professor, the canvas was made even before the era of El-Oathniel but not necessarily from the beggining of the earth. The painter was a soldier whowas left after the war. The after math of the war had him wandering from place to place. Until he met this witch that lived within the course of the water." Fur introduced.
"A witch that lived in the course of the water?" Kahieli asked.
"Yeah, and according to the tale, she is the reason why the water had it's current. She is beautiful and elegant. The soldier was drinking by the edge of the river when she appeared.
The soldier did not mind her but she kept pestering him from the river to the lakes, valleys and canal. The soldier finally gave up and allowed the witch to be part of his daily lives. They got intimate in the relationship and the soldier started seeing a ray of hope. He made a canvas out of dust but later on got betrayed by the witch." Agsus thoroughly recited.
"What happened after? Could it be that the soldier knew that she will betray him." Nimrod deducted.
"Listen, The soldier kept the painting secret and concealed. He had it hidden within a well. He carefully mold it with a bar of gold and marble stone from the river before having it dropped on a well. The soldier knew that she was pregnant. He made an effort to turn her heart but it was useless. The woman herself left the child on the course of the water and spilled the soldier's blood through the river. When his blood made the river stained as the child got rowed for a day. She was able to transport to another dimension and perfected another way to cross. " Fur wrapped in.
"In short she is not immortal, she just cross through time." Ophir summarized.
"Yep, What was the soldier's name then?" Sycamore inquired.
"Ah, they say his code name was Torch." Agsus stated.
Ain stood up and spoke.
"Saga's real name is Lapidoth."
"Exactly." Fur raised.
"But we saw his memories! We saw Saga's memory!" Sycamore argued.
"Memories can be manipulated." Ain clarified.
"No wonder, it was odd for Saga to have a son in such a barren place. I think he found the kid within the water flow or he might have crossed two dimensions." Kennan supported.
"It's possible since he can alter the gravity but there were hints. Saga's gift were not pure, it got twisted." Ain phrased.
"We need to get that painting!" Sycamore screamed passionately.
"I already had Taffy bribe the professor and he said, that he got it." Agsus informed.
Ain sliced the space and Taffy was pouting since he was excluded. Ain explained that it was a life and death situation. Taffy finally gave up and rained Agsus' with emoticon. Ain went back to join the gang and they can't help but admire the canvas made of dust. It was beyond ethereal. Sycamore stepped up and had the gang held hands.
"Our God who beholds the story of every person. Allow us to see what we should find out about this woman. Let us know and understand why would a person try to rival you, who behold the time. Open up our heart and eyes to see through the revelation of faithfulness that comse from you. Amen."
The view switched in a riverside. The soldier was seating there as he created the painting. He was smiling as he finished the masterpiece.
"How I wish that you would really love me but I can see through you. Aren't you cruel for playing tricks on me? But because I love you I will let this be a proof that once you were like this." The soldier mumbled as he kissed the painting and secured it before dropping it unto a well.
The scene switched when the woman kept following the soldier.
"What is your name mister? Where did you came from? How old are you?" Was here repetitive questions.
The soldier glared at the woman and ignored her. When he found out that she won't give up he gave out his name.
"Lapidoth." was his short response.
"How about you?" He trailed the woman stopped and did not spoke.
"I don't have any." She replied
'Should I give you one?" The soldier offered.
The woman laughed and swayed.
"No you can't."
The soldier watched her shine as she started to walk out of the water naked. The soldier instantly searched his bag and gave out his military coat.
"If you give me a name then I will have no choice but to devour you." She chimed.
"I see, then there is no need." The soldier stated but when their relationship got in depth. The soldier bestowed a name out of the blue.
"I will call you Litrez." He whispered.
"No! the woman screamed. You shouldn't have said nor utter that." she cried out in protest.
"I won't take it back even if you devour me." The soldier professed.
"You! Don't know what your doing?! I am not a human like you." She sobbed.
"I know that is why you deserve one." The soldier assured but it was a turning point he could never regret. The beautiful woman turned into a witch that is bound by the name he had given.
