"Yuri," a voice called.
Yuri quickly lifted his head and glanced at the door with teary eyes. There, Nikolai stood with a worried expression.
"What are you doing here?" He asked.
Nikolai didn't respond, but rather walked to him. He squatted down in front of him to be at the same eye level as him and smiled softly as if trying to comfort him.
"Are you going to be this way forever?"
"Meaning what?" Yuri nastily frowned at him.
"Sad and everything." Nikolai tilted his head, while still keeping his attention on him. "I understand why you must feel this way, but it really isn't your fault. Not Caesar is blaming you, so you should know it isn't your fault."
