Capítulo 23: Episode 23 [The Game]
After shin young and the others enter the Death Express, they saw a Hotel-like huge room inside the train; many rankers are inside of the train taking a drink in the bar, and some are sitting and talking to their friends.
…after that a personnel of the train approaches them to show them their room on the train and when they got there, they saw a huge window that shows the outside…
'Whoa! We are flying!' Tuka said.
…Tuka is looking at the huge window that shows the clouds and some cities.
"So when will we arrive at the prison?" Shin young said.
'It would take 2 days from the train' Zwart said.
"Geez! That long?" Shin young said.
'Of course! The prison is so high and very far from the mountain we departed' Zwart said.
"Ok! I'm going to take a long nap!"
…shin young and the others slept the whole night…
…Somewhere on the train a woman in the shadow who is using a cigarette and wearing a cap and normal jeans and shirt appeared…
'Well it looks like there are a 'dangerous people' riding on the train' the woman in the shadow said.
In the morning, shin young is one only one who woke up so late while the others are outside and enjoying the Express.
"Where are the others?" Shin young said.
'Outside my lord' Asensio said.
"Come on let's go outside" shin young said.
…when shin young and asensio come out of their room, hey saw them playing some arcades on the lobby. Faustus and Victoria are eating some breakfast and Zwart and Tuka are playing some games.
…victoria and Faustus greeted shin young a happy morning and a minute later the conductor of the train shows himself on the second floor.
A man appeared on the second floor, he is a tall person with black hair and formal suit.
'Welcome to the Death Express!' The Train Conductor said.
'By the way, my name is Exel, and I am the Conductor of this train.' Exel said.
…the people on the lobby are looking at him and he said something…
'Shall we start?' Exel said.
…and then one of the people inside reply…
'start what?' one of the people said who has a one horn on his head.
'The Death Express Games' Exel said.
'What game?' one of the people said who has a one horn on his head.
'ohhh… It seems like it is your first time on the train huh?' Exel said.
'Ok for those people who are new with this I'll explain one more time!' Exel said.
"What kind of game is that zwart?" shin young said.
….Zwart tells about the game.
'In the Death Express there are 2 games, The First one is the "Highest Killer" it means one participant in each team is going to fight some monsters that are in the arena The second game is the "Bottle Game" it is just a normal game but the team will change player after the game, the person who participated in the first game can't join, the bottle game is a game where a normal bottle is placed at the center of the arena, the participants will get the bottle and do not let others steal it, the game only has 30 minutes and no magic shall be used in the bottle game.' Zwart said.
"Oh it's just like a normal game to past time" shin young said.
'Yeah you can say it like that, last time we participated was fun' zwart said.
'Then shall we open the stage?' Exel said.
The people shouted for excitement….
Exel open the arena and the people saw a huge arena from below.
The teams are sitting at different spectator seats only for them.
'Then…who are the participants of the first game?' Exel said with excitement.
1 person of each team are gathering on the stage, many people with different forms like horns, tail, and wings.
"Then who wants to participate?" shin young said.
Shin young is talking to his members who want to participate and Victoria volunteer for the first game.
'Can I try?' Victoria said.
"Ok you can join" shin young said.
Victoria goes to the stage and a lot of people are looking at her…
'whaaa… it seems like a girl I playing this time….this is not a normal game girl!' the man with tail said.
Many people are underestimating victoria because she a pretty and fragile looking girl…
…but victoria ignored them.
'Now let the game begins' Exel said
…the huge gate of the monsters is opening and the huge monsters started to swarm up.
The monsters are rushing to them and the people are preparing their weapons and magic.
The battle started many monsters were killed instantly by the people and many are injured too…
…a huge monster is targeting victoria and when the monster tries to bite her she disappear and in a spilt of a second the monster were beheaded instantly.
Many people who saw her were shocked and after that victoria rushes to the hordes of monsters and killed every monsters.
'what? No way! Amazing' said by the people on the stage.
…and somewhere in the arena, in the shadows, a woman with jeans and hat s looking at the battle and she said something…
'See there are true monsters riding this train' she said.
…and when she looking at the spectators seats she saw shin young looking at her, and she smirk and disappear from the shadows.
After an hour of killing monsters, Victoria has the highest points on killings, everyone is amazed by her…
…after the first game, Exel announces the second game…
'That was really fun game! Who is up for the second game?' Exel said.
…the people shouted for excitement…
'…now then, for the second game, the participants must go at the stage…' Exel said.
Victoria goes back to their seats.
"Nice game" shin young said.
'Thank you my lord' Victoria said.
'…and now let us start the bottle game!' Exel said.
'I'll play for this' Zwart said.
"ok" shin young said.
All the participants for the bottle games are now on the stage…
…exel start the game, and many people are rushing towards the bottle at the center of the stage but Zwart was the first one to get it…
…using only physical agility many people are trying to get the bottle from Zwart but her soundless moves and fast reflexes makes her easily evaded those attacks.
After 30 minutes of the game, no one is unable to retrieve the bottle from Zwart.
"That was a nice moves' down there" shin young said.
'Of course! Why do you think I'm a High Ranker.' Zwart said.
All teams went to their rooms, and slept the whole night.
…in the morning, shin young sand his team are on the lobby eating breakfast and suddenly it gets dark and the train shake.
A voice on the speaker was heard.
'We are now arriving at the Sky Prison' The voice said.
'Ohh here we are, The sky prison' Zwart said.
"ohhh, so what do we need to do?" shin young said.
'we just need to step into the magic circle' Zwart said.
The train stops.
'We have arrived at the Sky prison' the voice said.
Shin young and his team stepped into the circle, and then it glows…
…after the magic circle glows they arrived outside of the sky prison…
…Shin young saw a giant stone floating in the sky, sound of thunder storms covers the prison…
'Don't make any commotion while we are still looking for 'him' inside, okay?' Zwart said.
"So how do we plan to get inside?" shin young said.
'I heard it somewhere, but they said that there is a hidden passage outside the prison' Zwart said.
They try to fly at a close distance but keeping in low profile to they don't get notice…
…and suddenly a woman is in front of them.
"Who are you...' shin young said.
The woman wears a normal jeans and shirt with very long orange hair
"wait… you're the woman at the game earlier, right?' Shin young said.
'that's right, I heard that there are people who are going at the sky prison and it happens that I am too.' the woman said.
'Who are you?" shin young said.
The woman introduces herself…

'My name is Hestia' Hestia said.
'You're Hestia?' Zwart said.
"wait do you know her?" shin young said.
'Not really but I heard some rumors about her, Hestia an infamous Top ranker, with a position of Mana Controller (Defender), she is a direct descendant of one of the Tribe leader, The Vulcan Tribe. She is known for having a bad temper and even disobeying the Tribe leader orders.' Zwart said.
'ohhh…' Victoria said
'What are you doing at this place?' Tuka said.
'Nah… I'm just wandering for fun, and when I heard that there are people who are going to the Prison so I decided to have some fun…' Hestia said
'If you want to enter the prison I know a way' Hestia said.
"lead the way" shin young said.
'w-wwhat? Are you going to trust her?' Tuka said.
"Yeah, it is easy for us to go in if someone knows the way…" shin young said.
'b-but what is she betray us?' Tuka said.
"Don't worry, I know if I can trust someone" shin young said
…after their talk Hestia show the way to enter the sky prison.
