"It's going to be thirty minutes soon," Erix said as he, Rin, and Melissa sat on a huge tree's branch with leaves as their roof.

They've also filled up their Chaos Gadgets with one-time use skills of control and defense, with only one containing an attack skill.

"We don't need to rush for this batch of golden statues," Melissa said as she weaved a wisp of darkness around her finger. "Many people will rush for this batch, and it'll become chaotic, but if we get a beam of light near us, we'll go for it."

"What is the rule about Golden Wings? As far as I understood, It meant that once we acquire Golden Wings after destroying a statue, we won't be able to use our normal flying means. Is that correct?" Erix voiced out his concern.

"Yep," Melissa nodded.

"We'll need at least one or two golden statues in this batch then," Rin said, her brows furrowed. "We have to be included in the first two batches and reach the checkpoint."
