Capítulo 1: Chapter 1: Suddenly in One Piece!!!
Rin is just a girl rewatching her favorite anime, One Piece in her room. It's a happy and full of comedy kind of anime but there was a few times the mc, Luffy broke down... of course I'm talking about the sabaody archipelago, impel down and marineford arcs.
"I wish I could be there for Luffy for those times."talking to herself right before falling asleep 3 in the morning.
When Rin wake up she realized she's on the shore by the sea in the morning.
"What the- WHERE AM I!!"Rin screamed out of shock."I'm pretty sure I slept at my bed last night..."suddenly-
*ding*
A screen appeared out of nowhere saying...
[ Welcome to One Piece, your wish to be send here has been granted. To help you have a happy life here an appropriate system has been given to you according to what you might need. ]
"My wish... One Piece... System..." Immediately Rin understood what's happening. The wish she make right before she go to bed last night was granted for some reason and she got a system to live her life like any other transferred, transmigrated or reincarnation story.
She look at her hand and touch the sand by the shore."It's real..." She said as she know she won't feel anything if it's a dream which confirm this is not a dream."System where am I." Rin asked the system waiting for an answer.
[ You are near Windmill Village the place Luffy is raised. ]
"Show me my status."Rin said to see her status in this world.

"What-"Rin raised an eyebrow when she see her status and then realized the reason."Ah I see so... I get to choose whether or not I want to use my previous name in this world and I can choose an appropriate age for myself. Skills and abilities are probably something like strength and agility while special abilities are probably things like devil fruit and haki."Rin said to herself understanding what the question marks are for.
"System put my name as Rin for now."Rin said commanding the system."How old is Luffy right now."She ask the system.
[ Luffy is 7 years old now but he haven't met Ace and will meet Shanks in 1 month. ]
"I see...so Ace and Sabo should be 10 this year...make me 9 years old this year"Rin said to set her age.

Suddenly she felt like she shrink down to her size when she was 9 but only a little because she wasn't tall to begin with.
"Good I got my identity filled for now... System where is the Windmill Village from here."Rin ask the system.
[ Near the horizon at your right. ]
"...System is there a shop system for me to buy clothes"Rin ask because she wanted to change her clothes. She can't possibly go there looking like a 9 years old wearing a sleepwear in the middle of the day.
[ Yes there is a shop system for you to buy items you might needed, would you like to open the shop system. ]
"Yes."Rin said to the system.
The shop is filled with a lot of things like weapons, armory, cooking items, clothing and food. The shop even sells devil fruits except for the fruits that have been eaten by someone.
Rin bought some cheap jackets,shirts, pants and a bag to bring the clothes. She don't want to look overly dressed since she's just going to a peaceful little village.
She started walking to the village while thinking of an explanation as to how she get here. After all, she can't just tell them she got thrown here from another world and this world is an anime she watch in her previous world.

Capítulo 2: Chapter 2: Windmill Village.
Rin never was a very good person and she can lie much better than Usopp and Luffy.
She had think up of an explanation for how she got here. The explanation came with a backstory so she should be able to answer most of the questions people might ask. The backstory that she created is...
She is cursed with the ability to see visions of a certain someone (Luffy) and people around that certain someone. She can see the future and the past of that certain someone and people around that certain someone, however She can't choose what She wants to see... Because of this curse she was chase out of her hometown. Her hometown is an island covered in a hallucinating fog which causes people to get lost and forgotten they ever go there but people usually will always get out of the fog, without reaching the island of course. An injection was given to everyone in her hometown at a suitable age to get immunity against the hallucinating fog. The people in her hometown are not bad people, She know there must a reason as to why they chased her out of the island.
Her backstory is pretty much the truth twisted around in a way people didn't expect. This way if she accidentally talk about the future she can explain how without saying anything about the One Piece anime.
When she finished making the backstory for herself she realized she already arrived at the village. There's a window besides her and she's surprised by how she look. She have a normal face with a mole under her right eye, the same face she have in her previous world but her mid length hair is coloured dark purple which kinda made her stands out a little.
She always wanted to dye her hair dark purple but now she doesn't have to.
Rin went to Makino's bar called Party's Bar. She went inside when a man suddenly block her and said"This isn't a place for kids, where's your parents."
Rin knew he said it because she look like a child that is probably lost or something but she can't help but feel a little annoyed by how she is treated like a kid.
"You said this isn't a place for kids so what's THAT sitting there??"Rin said while pointing to Luffy who is talking to Makino.
"He's a special case."said the man.
"And I don't care, I choose where I wanna eat."Rin said firmly while staring at him without wavering.
After that guy saw Rin's stubbornness he let her go."It might dangerous here so be careful."says the guy.
"I will."She say with a slight smile on her face.
She went and sit a few seats away from Luffy because she doesn't want Luffy to know who she is yet.
"What's a little girl doing in a place like this?"ask Makino to Rin.
"I got wash ashore a little farther from here." She answer because she don't want her to ask lots of questions.
"Oh my!You must be hungry! I'll give you some food." Makino says in a worried tone.
"Ah! I still have money to pay for the meal it'll make me feel guilty if I eat for free."Rin said to make sure Makino let her pay for the meal.
"Then I'll put a discount for you, so what would you like to eat?"Makino said in a caring but stern voice.
"O-okay,fried fish with veggies I guess..."for some reason she don't think she can fight her in this talk so she'll just accept it.
"Hey!!!"a voice suddenly calling out to Rin.
When she look at the direction of the voice, she realized it was Luffy.
'Damn it your not suppose to call out to me.' she said in her mind.She ignored Luffy's calls a few times before he gets off of his seat and sat down beside her.
'Why are you soo stupid Luffy' she said in her mind angrily. She tried to hide most of her face with her hand as naturally as possible.
"Here's the food." finally Makino came back with Rin's food."Luffy don't disturb the little girl!"Makino scolded Luffy. Rin felt a little guilty since she kinda cause Makino to scold Luffy.
"Thank you for the meal, how much does it cost."Rin ask Makino.
"Just a few berries is enough."Makino answers with a caring voice.
"Okay!" Rin answered, she thought she should act more like a kid for now.

I hope you don't mind that I make Rin's fake backstory a little bizarre... I thought it's for the best in the future of the story.
