Good news travels fast, but bad news travels so much faster. The news that Alolvi would be selecting people to go to the Bloodhaven was soon enough known by everyone in the elven city. They were all terrified of being chosen to accompany their slave master.
"No way I am going to that land of depravity!" An elf warrior shouted. They were vehemently against the very notion of nearing the Bloodhaven never mind entering it to witness its gruesome horror face to face.
Hearing this, Alolvi who had asked this friend of his to accompany Ed, made a troubled expression. Everyone he talked to, regardless of age or familiarity, refused to go to the Bloodhaven alongside Ed.
"You have to understand, everyone else is also refusing. I haven't been left with many choices here" Alolvi said hoping to earn some sympathy.
"Alolvi… We go way back you know, how about you let me sit this one out eh? I'll join the next one for sure" But all Alolvi received was a bargain.
Hey guys, on the 23rd I had a small get-together planned to celebrate my birthday which was the day after (The 24th) I planned to write a few chapters and have you guys celebrate my birthday alongside me but I fell ill. (I bought some coins so you guys should be able to get some money back when reading this novel...? Not sure how that feature actually works) Anyway, I spent a good chunk of my birthday in bed instead, and the day after I was only marginally better. I am still sick right now but no more headaches and fevers, just an annoying cough so I was able to write this chapter.
Depressing birthdays aside, thank you very much for reading and I hope you all had a much better Christmas experience than myself. Did anyone receive any exciting gifts? W was gifted a better body but I wonder what you guys got if anything.
